The best customer service at a starbucks in birmingham!
Their Dragon Fruit Mango Refresher, had more caffeine than 10cups of espresso. WOW!
This starbucks has a handful of baristas that actually care about the customer connection and quality of the drinks. I Have had to return drinks or get a refund because my drinks are just not made properly and it seems like they didn't even try. Have had some of them be very rude as well. Now there is a few baristas who are very kind and helpful so i appreciate that. This store is wishy washy on service
If time is important for you, do not go to this location. Y'all seriously need to cut off mobile ordering with the 30 drinks on the table when you have people walking in trying to order a drink and waiting over 15 minutes.

I asked over the phone many times If they had the new red cups so I went and ordered through drive thru asked for my banana bread to be warmed and for grande size I got two different sizes and stacked couples to make look like grandeAlso I asked her , to go ahead and redeem my points towards the order she went ahead and just added the points for new order she didn’t ask she didn’t pay attention I had could banana nut bread ! And then she’s says there’s nothing she can do to fix even though I had told her exactly what I wanted and she messed up and did not fix it. My bread would be paid for with my points bad service bad customer service
I wanna say thanks to the Hoover 459 flyover Starbucks.
They always have really nice staff, location is always clean. The new hours (closes at 4:30) really throw me off but hopefully that will change soon and is just temporary
Would be higher but they were out of the items I wanted to order.
Everytime I order a coffee with sweet cream and 5 pumps of sweet syrup it comes out with absolutely no sugar. Every time I come to this location something in my order turns out wrong
