I'll go here once every couple of months and every time I'm reminded why I stopped going. The latest mishap? Took more than 15 minutes to throw prepackaged bread in a toaster oven. Coffee shops are convenience purchases, and if it's taking that long then I may as well save my money and do it myself
Everyone spoke at entry. The workers seemed to enjoy working together. The orders were accurate. They supported pet adoptions and ran events at the location. This is one of the Starbucks we try to visit when we pass through Birmingham.
I wasn’t gonna make this review but I wanted to make someone aware. When you are serving a customer, please don’t be in the window going off about previous customer. I was trying to mind my business but this girl was so loud. She called the customer illiterate, said she didn’t know how to tell what cup size were and she also said no customer is going to get rude with her because I quote I will just charge you an extra 50 cents. I was appealed. I can just imagine what they do with upset customers. I understand vetting but do it where you are not bluntly in front of another customer in the drive thru. This happened today. I hope the girl has a better day but it has me scared to even come back. Just imagine my face while I was sitting there waiting on my drinks. It was very awkward.

Ordered a caramel crunch frappechino it was very tasty.
Love the Food and drinks. The staffs were very acknowledgeable about their items. Very friendly people. Always Enjoyed coming here even after work. Will be coming back
Busy location. The coffee was great and the service was pretty good. They make their drinks fast and they are HOT. This has been my favorite location in the Birmingham area.
Great experience! We were traveling and stopped here at the drive thru. We asked if they knew how to make an Undertow (an unofficial, official drink among baristas), they said yes, handed it to us at the window, and said they hoped it was right. Let me tell you…this is the BEST undertow we’ve ever had made for us. ❤️ Thank you so much to the team here. Everything else we had was immaculate as well.
I just left this location and the cashier charged my card when it was suppose to be my birthday drink. No problem right? So she calls the shift manager over who has the worse F’in attitude. I asked her for the receipt because I’ve been told at this location before my card would be refunded and I didn’t get my money back. She rolled her eyes because I wanted a receipt! A receipt. Not to mention my drink is nasty. Happy birthday to me! When I was a barista in undergrad we weee trained to know that Starbucks was not a necessity and people could take their business elsewhere, therefore always have good customer service. The morning crew is always good especially the guy who is outside with the iPad but this shift manager at lunch should consider working from home cause she is not for the public.
This is one of the good locations. I can frequently get the items here that my other local stores have run out of. Staff is great!
