I order brown sugar shaken espresso & waited for 25 minutes went to the counter to ask for my order they were totally forgot about it & gave me the wrong size of the cup. Anyway i wont come back to this location.
I ordered a hot caramel macchiato in error. I meant to order a iced drink. They fixed my order without any issues. Although they did mix up my sister order and delayed the pick up time.
I mean, its STARBUCKS right? You know what it is. The excellent quality hasn't changed in the many years it's been open. Convenient, delicious, and usually on the way to wherever you may be going.
I went into Starbucks on April 7th around lunch time & I was met with some pretty rude workers. I made my order & when one of the workers started my drink, they decided to make the comment out loud, right in front of me “who wants that much syrup? That’s so much syrup!” & continued to make fun of my order right in front of me. When he proceeded to to talk to another worker, the other worker comments “they don’t seem to realize HOW much syrup goes in”, I actually do know how much syrup I’m asking for. I would appreciate it if the workers would keep their snarky & rude comments to theirselves, or don’t say it right in front of your customers. That’s very rude & I don’t appreciate it. Everyone has different preferences on how they like their coffee.
This use to be my Starbucks of choice considering it’s closer to my house but now every time I pull up, it’s either closed early or the line is wrapped around the building and NOT moving. As high as those drink prices are, you would think they would be able to hire some help ? Come on Starbucks. I have faith in you ?
I generally love Starbucks. However if you go to the trussville location be aware they randomly close with no signage stating that they are closed as well as when they are open you will have to wait an extremely long time to get a drink that is usually not your correct drink. Any other location is great !!!
I’ve been getting the Carmel Ribbon Crunch the past few times at this location and they never make it right. Not sure why or what they are doing wrong but it’s not sweet enough like other locations have made it. My husband always gets the mocha cookie crumble and they don’t make his right either. Tried to give this location a chance but I probably won’t be coming to this one anymore.
The line can get backed up, but they’re putting in a ton of work inside and out with very few people. I appreciate all their hard work because my order is perfect every time ❤️
Went through Drive through Man on the speaker was very nice , knowledgeable , and accommodating ,also fast in taking the order.My nice was ordering and I couldn't keep up but he did ?
My Granddaughter loves Starbucks shake drinks and cake pops $11.50 really.
