I hate doing this but I very much dislike their newly renovated store. There is only room for 4 people to sit.The new renovation drastically cut down on the number of available seating. It's almost like they don't want us to linger.With the new layout, tables are lined up end to end. So unless you want to be shoulder to shoulder with the person next to you, hearing every word of your conversation, then you best sit outside or take your drink to go.Times are changing and I guess I'll just have to start making my coffee at home more often.

I’ve visited this location 3-4 times per week for the last 15 months. I’m pretty much over the inconsistency. Either they are closed or the drive thru is closed or something is wrong… just shut it down. What a joke

A lot of anime geeks work here. Definitely a great vibe. ??

This location is so slow. Doesn't matter what day or time u come. 30 mins in line to get a cup of coffee is ridiculous

I know that staffing can be a problem these days. But having said that you guys had better get your act together on some consistent hours. The Starbucks a couple of miles down 280 doesn’t seem to have the same problems. They are open when they say their going to be open. 3 different times in a week I have sat in a long line at your location only to realize that no one is there. Friday 12/31 at 3 o’clock the line was around the store with a sign saying due to staffing inside is closed please visit the drive thru. Cars waiting at the speaker then having to drive off.

The barista tucker made me the best drink I have ever had at starbacks!

I went through the drivethru on Wednesday October 27, 2021 and the barista taking my order kept cutting me off while I was trying to order, and to make matters worse, I didn’t even receive what I ordered and paid for! Because she was in such a hurry to take my order she didn’t even give me what I wanted.

This the third time in the row that they messed up our orders.The first time we sort of let it go and the second time we told them and we got what we ordered but thought we’d give them another chance.But 3 times in the row are more than coincidence and just being careless.This is the last time we’ll visit this location.
