Sonic was awesome as always. I had the jumbo buffalo chix for the first time and it was good. And as always you can't go to sonic and not get a large Ocean Water.

Ordered snd paid for a large slush float >But nothing was floating or even near the top rim of the cup! Voicemail for #on receipt about concerns has been full for over a week and no reply at all from the website.Come on Sonic> do better!* I did submit my concern to the website listed on the receipt and never received a reply.

I can see why the rating is so low. I just began trying Sonic and I will not be going back at least not to this one. I went one time and waited almost 20 mins with the button pressed cars pulled in and was back out with their food so I know I wasn’t going crazy. I left that day and was like whatever maybe that particular speaker I was at didn’t work properly. So a couple days ago I said let me try again, I went and timed it this time.. I pressed the button at 3:23 it was 3:47 when I finally got an answer, I waited so long just to see if I was the crazy one. Mind you they answered me after the car next to me pulled in and they ordered then she moved to me.. So I’m like ok strike 2.. NEVER AGAIN!! I completely see why this location’s rating is 3. whatever. Sonic has got to do better.

The toast was not toasted and the sandwich was soggy but I forgive you guys.I will try again another day.GOD BLESS!

Ordered 2x supersonic burrito, they only put meat and cheese on them. Bacon Breakfast toaster with no cheese for whatever reason. This is after I wait close to 20min to order and have been greeted once already and had to push the button again. Keep in mind they were not really busy at all, I saw a total of 5 cars in the parking lot that I believed to be customers. Even had a car pull up next to me, order almost immediately then get their order and leave before I was ever spoken to once. I thought the stall might have been broken but then the lady comes through clear as day and heard me perfectly fine when I finally did order as it appeared on the screen exactly as I said it. I don't care what you do for a living, but you should take pride in any job you have.Paid over 8 dollars for 2 burritos that should of had potatoes, tomatoes, onions, and jalapenos in them.Very unprofessional all around, I don't recommend this location at all.

I ordered a chocolate oreo milkshake with hot fudge this is a vanilla oreo milkshake with hot fudge. But what really set me off was when I got home I noticed the cherry was bit in half. This is nasty, very unsanitary, immature, and unprofessional. I called up to the sonic and they told me it was frozen and it broke. They didn't offer any reimbursement or anything.

Arrived at 8:45, several employees saw us out on the patio and didn’t say anything when we went to order at 8:55 they said their system was down and I asked when it would be back up and they said not tonight and that they are closed. A lady came out the door while we were thinking where else we could go and asked if we were trying to order and we told her what had happened. She took our order 5 minutes past closed and got our food out to us. This lady was on her way to her car already off the clock and still had customer service. Wonderful crew member wonderful restaurant we are very thankful. Thank you Sonic in Roebuck

Ordered in the app immediately before arriving at the restaurant, & checked in within one minute of completing the order. I knew they were short-staffed, so I expected a wait of maybe 10-12 minutes. When the carhops started serving cars on my right (customers that arrived after I did) I started to get worried, but not too much since it looked like all of those cars only ordered drinks & not food. After passing by me multiple times, and making eye contact with me on at least a couple of those trips, neither of the carhops on duty asked me if I had ordered or if I needed help with anything. After more than 30 minutes of waiting I had to press the order button on the menu board to find out what was up with my order. The young lady who finally brought my order to me was not one of the two carhops that I had been seeing the entire time I was parked there. She was very nice & she was apologetic about the mix-up and that I had to wait so long. The food was hot at least, instead of being something that had been sitting around the kitchen for half an hour.

I stopped by for a quick breakfast. The french toast sticks were good. The cold brew coffee was terrible.? I think someone mixed coffee and carbonated water together.

I came here yesterday and today. Yesterday was awful, I had to click the red button twice because they kept canceling the red button, so I had to move to another stall, where I had to wait another 15 minutes before they took my order. I was at this sonic for almost AN HOUR. Then when I got my food they didn’t even get my order right I ordered 3 chili cheese coneys and they only gave me 2. Today I came in and had to wait about 20 minutes- the first time I clicked the red button the wait was so long it canceled, so I had to move to another stall and wait again, at least the second time my food was correct, but they didn’t add the sauces I asked for. Never coming to this sonic again- absolutely the worst.
