Olny one cause there is a "O" worst food and service around. We've tried several times thinking it was a off night but always a disappointment. We're done

A complete waste of your time. Waited for over 30 min still no food. No compassion for the customer but we why they open. They should be s shut down so I don't look forward to eating sonics, cause they have good food. This place sucks....

It wasn't bad, it was just slower than expected. The order was a med Sour Patch, ice cream cone, & large fry. It took longer than most places to fry some skinny little fries.
I stopped by the drive thru today and ordered 2 medium diet cherry limeades and after waiting approx 20 min in line I was next in line when a employee came out with a receipt that said $5.65 and said you ordered a diet cherry limeade. I said I ordered 2 and she said NO CHANGES! I said What? And she said she was told to tell me No Changes. I still don’t understand! What changes? I ordered 2 to begin with. So Still confused I said so you don’t want my business? She shrugged and walked away!
It took a little while to get what we ordered, but everything was just as we wanted and the carhop apologized for the wait and was very nice.
We pulled into the drive-thru to get an ice cream cone and a milkshake, after waiting for about 10 minutes my boyfriend tried telling them we were ready at the speaker but got no response, so thinking they may have been having intercom issues we pulled up to the window, it was closed and there was no buzzer push or bell to ring so he tapped on it to get someone's attention, waited another 6 minutes got no response, pulled back around to the speaker,still no one asking to take our order so we decided that for whatever reason they did not want our business and Arby's was just down the street and we left
My banana shake was vanilla and my Reese's blast was only half full
This drive-thru is actually pretty slow compared to some of the other Sonic drive-thru's I have visited.
The popcorn chicken was cooked too hard but the blue coconut cre slush made up for it.
