Saddest sonic ever ☹️ … never open and if it is open, no one will take your order. Last 3 times we’ve been there we couldn’t order anything. We love Sonic and used to go by once a week. Please fix this Sonic!!!

This sonic has their “system down” every single time I try to go. It honestly seems like at this point they just don’t want to serve anyone because the service here has always been terrible!
Starving i decided to stop at Sonic and take advantage of my deals. 1/2 priced bevs when you use your app and a grilled patty melt with chili cheese tots!! Yaass!! I dug right on in!!
Not only does this location close at 5pm, making any "After 5" or "After 8" deals useless, the last few times I've attempted to go over half the stalls were out of order. More often than not I can't even use my app to order at this location, so I can't use my online rewards or deals. The last time I did order, it took 20min to get my food. How they're still allowed to run this franchise is beyond me.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Customer service is nonexistent. Horrible wait times with no service.
Went into get a quick bite to eat. The Sonics employee appeared to be the only person taking orders and getting them out to the customers. There may have been a cook but I couldn't tell. But bravo to that crew. I know that many places are short staffed, they handled it well!
Good service fast delivery especially when ordering in the app. Food is always fresh. I just don’t like that they are either closed on Sundays or open later than 9:30am
I don't know who the young lady was that brought my food out African-American was really sweet they prepare the food and brought it out immediately that's what you're looking for when you go to a restaurant because you don't know what the customer is going through an hour or that day
If there was an option to rate this location of Sonic any lower I would. The lights we on and employees were there but no one would answer and people, including myself, were just sitting waiting to order but some were driving off after about 10 minutes. Well,this girl walks out with her arms full of sonic goodies stating loudly "We're closed". Which was bad timing on her part because I was on the phone with their corporate office to find out what in the world was going on. Oops! Anyway, apparently some of Sonic's locations close at 5p so you better check their operating hours before deciding to have supper there or you'll be going home to eat whatever you have left in the fridge. Even though I love a Sonic blast like many of us do I doubt I will ever be back to this location.
Me and 2 other cars waited for 30 mins to place an order and ALL 3 of us got NO SERVICE. Middle of the day, no other customers. Absolutely ridiculous. No worker in sight, tried honking. pressing button. etc. ended up having to just go somewhere else after waiting THIRTY MINUTES
