I went to this place tonight to get a bite to eat. Staff was member was rude. Will have to really about it before returning

Staff is tremendously rude and unprofessional. Waited 20 minutes for 3 drinks ordered in the app. Finally decided to press the red button and very rudely, a man responds with "drive thru only"! I told him I was waiting for an app order. He then responds with "it'll be out when it's ready!" Three drinks...20 minutes later they weren't ready. I decided to go to the door for some more info. Another gentleman got out of his vehicle and approached the door as well. He said he had been waiting 30 minutes for 4 drinks! I got a young lady's attention through the glass window and we asked her what the issue was. She said "they" kept making her car hop by herself and she was about to quit! She finally got our drinks. They had been sitting inside on the table, ready, the whole time. All of our slushies were melted! The only reason I waited was because my order was already paid for! Never again though!

Sonic always offers an amazing experience. They serve tasty and well prepared fast food options. Employees are very respectful and helpful. Always confirm your order before leaving the lot. In case it’s wrong the employees will correct it promptly. They serve all meals from breakfast to dinner. They also have a child friendly menu at affordable prices. You may also experience longer waiting times depending on what time you visit the location and the flow of clients.

This is literally the slowest sonics in Birmingham. The shift leaders are unattentive to customers and aren't dealing with complaints properly. By the time my food came it was cold and not fresh. Would've tipped the server if he bothered to ask if I needed anything else. Manager took 30 minutes to come see what I needed, and when he did he just gave me back the same bag I gave to him. Only reason I have the TWO stars is because the waitresses are polite enough to greet and act with manners when addressing customers.
Service really needs to be checked out, really sad cause Sonic Drive was the place to hang out with any age group. Just a great place, now sad!! Hopefully it will get better soon.
This was the first time I've ever been to this location but the drive thru was fast and they had one of the best grilled chicken sandwiches I've ever had at Sonic. Now if they all could catch on, ESPECIALLY Roebuck. Trussville is next best.
I went there for help w/my phone but after trying to get it to wk they couldn't find the problem. I called cricket customer service & they were able to do something on the network side & fixed it. Retailer tried & I appreciated it.
The food is good, they usually mange to get my order wrong just about every time I visit in the evenings. I suggest going during the day hours I never seem to have any trouble with my order and everything is great
