Lovely place to come down and have a drink and do some work or socialise with friends. Workers are really great and helpful. I love this place because of the staff and the area.
Very bad service from when I went to the counter to be served and to putting my food on the table I won't be coming back again some staff need to learn manners a customer service skills Very bad

The staff and atmosphere were lovely along with the pretty lights but the food needs improvement, my nephews sausage was too hard to eat and my toast was too burnt to eat. The fresh orange juice bottles were nice mind :)
Excellent establishment, with kind caring staff. I have been a regular customer for quite some time and I’ve never been disappointed with the quality and service.Because of this, I had a celebration for my sisters 18th birthday and I kick started the surprise day at soho coffee house. When I approached the workers with my idea, they met it with such great joy and were so welcoming of it. We popped confetti canons and everyone joined in with the celebration, it was a lovely experience and something that we will always remember.
Ideal place for a break while visiting City Centre. Good menu catering for most tastes, friendly staff helpful.
Nice bacon butty and a decent coffee. Service was prompt and polite. Good spot to look out and watch the world go by. Good selection of cakes and slices.
Had a really bland and dry avocado toast and my friend wasn’t pleased with watching his soho breakfast being made in a microwave this morning. Did order a cappuccino that came with way too much foam however the staff member was very friendly in changing it when I asked, he even asked how exactly I like it so he could get it right for me. However he did make a point that he was a trained barista insinuating that he knew best, which I thought was unnecessary and not inline with good customer service. Really nice cafe area though with lovely seating and decorations.
Good choice of drinks , friendly staff , presentation 5/10 this can be improved value for money 8/10 and hygiene 8/10 well done team
