After a long week of work, I was excited to get out with friends and enjoy the sleek bar. The bar staff delivered excellent service, I received my drinks in a relatively quick manner. The hookah staff also brought my hookah in a timely manner. But when it comes to the kitchen team, they performed extremely poorly. I waited 2 hours for six chicken wings and some fries. My entire party of 6 received their food before me, and I ordered first. As time went on my frustration began to boil over. I requested a refund and the bartender was able to give me money back. I will not be retuning here anytime in the future.
Avoid this place if you want good service & attentive servers.If you enjoy paying $10 to enter on a week night , just to receive awful service well you've found your place! Go at your own risk!
Came on a sunday after noon, they dont start selling food til 1pm. Absolutely ridiculous. The photo speaks for Itself! The chicken tenders are so childish ? like man, for 9.99 I want real tenders. The fries were great!
This is my third time in this bar but my first time ordering food. Ebony was our server and she was amazing. Drinks were superb and the atmosphere was cool. It's really chill and laid back with good music. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is the table not being wiped down.
Service was very slow...restrooms needed cleaning. Chicken wings were ok...However, beer was cold! A gratuity is automatically added to the bill.
Had a great time the food was good the drinks were good the service was good!!! This is a spot I can always go to and have a good time the bartenders are cool and very attentive thanks guys!
Nice club, paid a $10 to get in. Only thing they need more upbeat bartenders. Only person that was attentive was the tall guy with the locs. The women bartenders need some training bad. No greetings, no smiles I bet you they didn't get not one tip. Sleek owner get BETTER BARTENDERS!!!!!!!
Female employee was the only person staffed. She had to take orders, fix drinks, and also cook food. Her attitude was horrible from the moment we came in. She started yelling at members of our party from across the restaurant. Was making smart remarks under her breath. Service was horrible. She said she had been doing that job for 5 years. she then proceeded to talk about us to other customers. Would not recommend!
After waiting an hour for service and our orders, we paid cash for our drinks (which the waitress put in her purse) and left. The owner chased us down the street and called the cops. Utterly humiliate
I didn't eat but the food looked good. The drink pours were nice. Friendly staff, plenty of space, tvs everywhere to watch the game. And the prices are reasonable. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in town
