Nice relaxing place to dine. When we were seated, the music was a little loud, but our server accommodated us by having the volume reduced! The burgers were the best! I had the southern and my wife had the tavern burger along with fried cheese sticks, it was a meal that satisfied and was very filling.

Wow, looking at other reviews I guess the masses agree!First I have to tell you I went to a Red Robin in merit Island FL with my oldest daughter. We share a love for a good hamburger! It was wonderful! So I was on that side of town today and thought hey my gas bill is so high and I have to much to chose from at home,so let's go waste some money! It was indeed the worse hamburger I ever had. 8 fries, I also ordered fried pickles. Maybe half a cup. 22.00 bucks!Didn't eat the burger, not the pickle or fries. They need to realize how they are losing this fight!

There is literally nobody in the restaurant and they have a 30 minute wait?? This is not the first time, but I guarantee it will be the last.

Nice place and entertaining workers. Family oriented place considering its location. Which means prepare to hear babies if you go. Service wasn't bad food made it to the table indecent timing and was delicious. Even had a faster paying process than most restaurants I eat at.

The food is always good. Only time it hasn't been is when I got the fish and fries plate and I guess that's on me for trying fish at a restaurant known for burgers?‍♀️?‍♀️. Gotta love the bottomless stuff. The service can be hit or miss, but everywhere is understaffed right now, so it is what it is. I can tell the people that are working are working hard and trying their best. They'll always have a customer in me.

My son won't cooperate for family pictures at a studio, but put somebody in a giant red mascot costume and he'll beg to have his picture taken. He will probably remember this restaurant fondly forever, even if I think it's just a serviceable chain burger/shake spot. That's worth the extra star over what I'd rate it solely based on food, value, and service.

The only reason for 2 stars is that the food was good. Our server was not knowledgeable of the adult beverages they served. I was served in a glass that was broken on one side. That was taken care of by our server very quickly. The prices were very expensive for a burger and what was the 1.99 entertainment fee????? We were not told of this. The adult beverages were very expensive also. We had a birthday present for our grandson and we thought they might acknowledge his birthday but we were wrong. We had visited several years ago when service was not good. We should have learned out lesson then. We won't be back.

Tonight my family and I went to RR And had one of the best waitresses I have ever had in a restaurant. Ashley was wonderful. I am diabetic and my blood sugar had dropped really low. When I told Ashley that she immediately brought out some French fries and my lemonade until our food was ready. When she delivered our food it all was correct and very good. We were only one table that Ashley was taking care of. She was also taking care of 8 more tables and never slowed down and made everyone happy- will request Ashley any time we go from now on

Not the best experience and paid like 80 dollars . Kinda sad as this had become one of our fav places :/. Everywhere has a bad night but it just was like nothing tasted good on a Friday at dinner time. Love the waitress that brought our son a milkshake and love seeing the young man that waited on us last time! PS. Hope you do join the Army and see the world! ;)

Finding out i have a gluten problem, it has been a drastic change in lifestyle. But our server and the management was so nice that they helped me navigate through the menu with ease finding GF options. The professionalism was a very good change of pace! Was very satisfied with my experience.
