Every single time I go they get my order wrong... Even after having me repeat it numerous times

Good is always good but they got my order wrong, they weren't friendly and the tables were dirty
It was bad …. Disrespectful and it took 30 minutes for a snack box never again and it was tha manager smh and yes I did report them ??????
Paid for food ask to pull down still hadn't gotten it in 20 minutes got out carto go inside & person at counter ignored me until I said something. Mgr on duty complain to staff about performance.
this place is so trash !!!! & needs to be shut down there was a thumbtac in my food ! & i really couldve been seriously injured if i was chewing hard! it poked the inside of my gums, so now i gotta go to the hospital!
I will say it was ok it wasn't great by far but service was good. The drink machine was not working properly and the place is in dire need of makeover updating the facilities. The grease you could hadn't been filtered of changed properly by the look and taste of the food.
6 employees standing around doing nothing with a line in the lobby. Mostly kids kids working there with horrible attitudes. One young lady was scratching her head with out gloves on.My order was a mobile order to be picked up thru the drive thru at 534pm. I was informed after sitting in the line for 15 minutes that I could NOT pick up my order thru the drive thru but had to come inside. Once inside with the same nasty attitude I was informed that my order wasn't even ready. It was now 5:56pm. When I questioned the Mgr on duty he said it was above his pay grade.
The food was good but they need to revisit their customer service etiquettes on how to deal with customers
this is ridiculous, i ordered 5 spicy boneless tenders and they didn't even have it, instead i just got some random chicken I didn't want, I still ate it though so i didn't have to waste money, would not recommend this popeyes.
if i could give this popeyes zero stars i most definitely would. horrible customer service. never has food. wait for over 30 minutes every time. tried to give them the benefit of doubt that maybe the first time coming was just a bad day. but every single time it’s horrible. how does a chicken place run out of chicken.
