Don’t ever do buisnes with Popeyes. These people mess up your order or give you anything on the menu that have available because they are lazy cooks and managers! I went to Popeyes establishment hoping to get a good meal, I should of fixed at home. They do not give refunds or fix orders made wrong. Popeyes corporate is self ran, they allow them to run independently like a franchise. I can’t give my coins to a place that won’t even hear a customers complaint.

I was missing items on my order and didn't realize it until I was on the other side of town. I ordered the 2 Can Dine for $11.99 + tax $13.19. All I received was 5 pieces of chicken and 2 biscuits no sides. So frustrating. For what I received I could have gotten the 5 pieces for $6.99 + tax. Of course I didn't get a receipt. But when I called to report it, the worker was very rude and said I had 24 hours to pickup the missing items. I asked if he could take my name, phone number, etc. and I could pick them up on my next visit on that part of town. I gave him my name but when I was giving him my phone number, he hung up in my face while I was still trying to resolve this issue. So very rude and frustrating. I'm a paying customer and deserve better treatment in resolving this issue which was their fault and not my own. I will be reporting this to their corporate office ASAP.

Extremely unprofessional staff, rude, and it’s definitely not worth it to dine or order from here. During an Uber Eats pick up they were not ready, and they began to talk to me with a very bad attitude for no real reason. I’ve never been treated like this at a Popeyes in all my years!

This Popeyes has to be the worst one I have ever had. The order was incorrect on top of them being out of several items at the beginning of lunch time. To top it all off the food was cold and fries not done all the way. I definitely will never eat there again.

The Birmingham Oxmoor Rd Popeyes is the most poorly managed and dysfunctional fast food operation I have every had the displeasure to visit. Four visits; twice didn't have what I wanted; once the 'tenders' I received were small and overcooked/dried out and the biscuit was burnt. June 8, 2022 about 3:45PM the lady taking the order of the person in front of me kept getting it wrong and didn't have several of his selections. He was ordering for five so I elected to get out of line and go inside. I opened the door and was advised inside was closed - what the --- COVID lockdown ended a year ago here. I also observed four 'employees' in varying states of unconsciousness sitting in chairs verse working. I went back outside to a lone of four cars so looped around and left. As I drove out an 'employee' sitting waved goodbye. Guess my response is a common occurrence. I can't image how the owner isn't bankrupt except that this is the only Popeyes around. I've made my last visit there!

Horrible experience. They messed up my entire order, from not having any of the sides or desserts, to giving me the incorrect pieces of chicken!! Not only that, I recieved a 2 piece when I ordered a 4 piece, white meat, when i ordered dark. Ended up getting my entire order refunded. If you’re ordering through ubereats, don’t even waste your time, you’re guaranteed to be disappointed.

Been here 4 times because I love Popeyes and kept giving it another chance, will not be back. First time they leave the fries out, second time they’re out of ranch, third time they don’t have tenders, fourth time they have no fries, but more than anything else they’re just rude, they act like I’m at fault for wanting what I order, they don’t say “we can make more it’ll be x amount of time, im sorry for the inconvenience” they say “ we outta that, what else you want”, they had no fries so I just asked if I can just get an extra tender, the lady in the back makes a big deal of it saying “that could make It so I don’t have enough chicken (one other car behind me) like dropping more chicken is just out of the question. And this was after sitting at the drive through window for 5-10 min when the place has no customers inside.it amazes me this place doesn’t go out of business, their in the customer service industry yet customer service doesn’t seem to be something they can be bothered with

Horrible wait for several minutes at the drive through before anyone would acknowledge my presence.Was out of chicken. Said it would be 8 minutes. You’re a chicken restaurant. Asked for ranch dressing. Out of ranch. Consistently out of tea to drink. Always will be unless you make it. Thumbs down. You can do better.

Thieves! Never buy food from here. They are rude. I drive for Uber Eats. After 3 years of doing this I have never arrived at this restaurant to pick up an order without incident. When I say HORRIBLE! I mean just that! Horrible customer service. No respect for others and their orders.

1st time thru the line they forgot the nugget sauce, a chicken leg for the 3pc combo, and utensils… when we got back to the window they were chatting with a customer for literally 5 minutes at the window… we told them what was missing and they provided but with an attitude. The pic is the side of Mac for the combo… it was made in the morning, our order was at 4:30pm…?Oh well. Won’t be back.
