Out working. Super hungry. Popeye's wasn't 1st choice. First place I went to no one came to counter go to Popeye's drive-thru surprisingly it's empty sit at the speaker for about 5 minutes about to pull up to the window and all the employees are outside one standing one sitting down the other one is in his black truck or SUV thank you for this thank you for the terrible service oh wait I didn't even get any service wish I could give one star thanks for being open but for not being able to serve have a great day arkadelphia Popeyes in Birmingham Alabama

Asked for mash potatoes with no gravy they couldn't do that. Asked for mild strips got spicy but they told us they didn't have spicy. Didn't give us spoons. Told us to move up before we finished ordering
The first time I have eaten here and I ordered a three piece combo spicey. I had to wait on the chicken to cook but only seven minutes which I didn't mind because it was fresh and hot. I wanted a pie but I don't like Cimarron and the cashier didn't hesitate to cook it for me. They had great service.
I know how food service is—especially Popeyes so I don’t fuss. Lately when I go they’re out of the number one cool so I Called to make sure they had the filet this time.she said yes. Got there waited in line no chicken sandwich ? Asked the person at the speaker do they know when truck comes or when they’ll have some she said ”naw” dryly ?
This is the first time I have to I my Chicken tasted awful. I know you're working with a small crew now but please change the grease so that the food can have a great flavor. ?
My wife waited at the drive thru for 35 minutes with employees ignoring her. Minutes later they told her they were changing the grease and it would be several minutes before serving customers. The drive thru speaker rarely works. Will not go back. Done with ghetto service at this place. Thought it would be convenient because we live in the neighborhood.
It's always an issue coming to this location.. Either they run out of food, the food isn't fresh and hot, or they take 30 min to take an order... Please do better ppl.. If you don't like your job, try another field..I had to say it
The one on Arkadelphia has bad customer service, runs out of menu items and chicken and closes the lobby and just takes the drive thru a lot. Their grease trap often leaks and smells up the area where it runs to the sidewalk and down the street.
How can a restaurant be out of chicken at 6 p.m. and not planning on cooking anymore just unheard of in my days I work for Kentucky Fried Chicken when I was a teenager my manager and didn't care if we was out of chicken and it was one minute before closing he made us drop some more chicken for that customer who wanted some chicken even if we had to drop 30 pieces and sell one of those 30 he will cook some more chicken no matter what time it was customer service has totally went out of the window I remember when Burger King used to say you can have it your way whatever happened to that
I won't do Popeyes in west birmingham unless it's the one by crossplex. Roosevelt keeps that drive through line moving! Food freshly cooked. Visited the one by Arkadelphia and after 25 minutes sitting in line, my red beans and rice tasted spoiled.
