I couldn’t even order. I asked for tenders. She said “they don’t have any” I said ok, then the 3 wing combo she said ugh we don’t have any made. I said what do you have made already she said chicken. I said clearly not. She said you can leave (I was in the drive thru) so yes I did, ask where is the manager. She said oh my god. Fast forward 5 min a lady came on w a totally dif attitude n helpful. I just wanted to ask what they had ready she said she’s sorry for the girls attitude. I said it’s cool n left. The 4 cars behind me did too. I had time today. I understand not having food ready. I understand not having what I ask for. That’s fine. But when I do ask what you have that IS ready n you say chicken? I don’t have time on a lunch break, but today I had time. I wasn’t rude. I didn’t cuss. I wasn’t loud. But they def deserve less then the 1 star based on that one experience. I won’t recommend or go back. N it’s within a mile of my job.
Came at 7pm on a Friday in a big truck. Tried to come in and the lobby was closed. They wouldn't even take my order..... Told me a I had to walk thru the drive thru since my truck was too big.ZERO STARS
Wish I could give negative stars. Showed up in a semi walked to the window and they said all they had was a 5 piece chicken they didn't let me order any fries or drink and they said they didn't have any biscuits. I made a comment like are you guys going out of business or something and one person replied idk but it lets us go home early...mind you this was at 554.pm called regional director and still no answer!!
Weird drive around, do not take cc in drive through :) Order was correct and fairly quick.
Girl at the register was rude. Took 45 mins for a fish sandwich that the manager Diane had to tell herthey had in stock. Floors was nasty.
Worst customer service of all time. Always get the drinks wrong. Very rude. Don’t waste your time like me ?
Was greeted with a smile and a big hello as I walked in the door , food was perfect and quick. Highly recommended
I always love going inside the workers are always so friendly! Today I had a nice lady with purple lipstick as my cashier and a sweet girl with braces that helped her pack my meal! They all worked so well together and made conversation with me! Give these ladies a raise they are keepers!
Horrible and atrocious attitude from drive thru employee. Menu not readable and can barely hear employee through speaker. Always out of chicken.
No bathroom, place was dirty, plates sitting all over tables. Went to order out of everything, no coke, only had orange soda and water. Help was all standing around gossiping.
