Terribly rude and inconvenient. We didn’t even order food before we left after staff was rude and name-calling! Bathrooms not available to paying customers. Entire brief encounter was unbelievable.

Worst pizzahut ever. Employees are awful. They take orders and don't deliver the food. You call abd ask where it is after an hour and a half and they say it jsut left over and over again. Dont order from them save your money just get dominos
Called in for a pick up @ 5:30 & was told my order would be ready in 30 minutes. Made it there @ 6:15 & they didn't see our name for order. Well was told to wait 12 minutes for another pizza, which was no problem. Then was greeted by a very respectful employee at front counter with another free pizza while waiting for mines. After 12 minutes went by was told they forgot to even make my pizza still.. lol. So I sat to wait another couple minutes ( Singing My Gospel) and after a few more minutes, I was greeted with my money back & Another Free Pizza! Remember God is Always There. Always Be Patient & Don't Rush him & He will Send you A Blessing Right on Time! Amen & Thanks Pizza Hut.
I wish I could give them no stars but it won't let me. My wife and I order a pizza from them over the phone. The gentleman told us our order came to $27.42 but their doors close at 11:00. We made our order at 10:40. When we went to the door to pick up our order the doors was lock but the cashier came to door to unlock it. We told him we made a order to pick up our pizza and if it was ok for us to come in and pay for it. He told us no but he allowed a Caucasian man to come in and pay for his food and walk out with his order. My wife and didn't appreciate that so we call to speak with the manager. The manager said for us to come back and get our food we told that's ok cancel our order. I strongly advise to anyone not to eat this Pizza Hut they are rude and biased
Placed an order at 7:25pm for delivery and it is now 10:12pm. The young lady said the delivery time is an hour. Im okay with that. Called to see where my order is. I have called twice the first time I was on hold 10mins someone answer and hang up. Call right back now I have been on hold 22mins. Look on line the say the close at 11pm. Well i guess i want be getting my order tonight.
Called to place an order. Was placed on hold. Sat there for 15 minutes with no answer. Hung up and called back. They answered and put me straight on hold again for another 10 minutes before I hung up and took my business elsewhere. Terrible service. Papa John’s it is!
Shoutout to the entire night shift on 02/26/22! I don’t know who made this pepperoni pan pizza of perfection, but it is everything that Pizza Hut is supposed to be!!! This is the the old school, childhood Pizza Hut we all remember and love!!! Thank youuuu!!!
My pizza was torn in between the crust and the pie. Also, I asked for extra sauce and they didn't do it. So, now I am waiting another 30 mins in here, with no restroom and nothing to drink because the soda machine doesn't work either. Pizza Hut needs to "get with the program!!!"
The pizza was delicious. The young man with locs are very professional and very great customer service. The cook was very effective and accurate. It was ready during my arrival. I just put my order in. (Wow)
The staff was friendly, acknowledged my presence and very prompt on taking care of me. The food was made properly and in a timely manner. Thanks to the crew that work the night of January 28th 2022.
