My husband and I just went t Panera at Doug Baker. I wasn’t feeling well and wanted some soup. There was a group of ladies ahead of us. The cashier was talking and giggling with them and they had one register open while another girl was behind the counter in her phone. We didn’t see anyone but kids behind the counter. My husband said can we move this along. I just wanted soup. How unprofessional these kids were. I have a 10 year old and a 22 year old and they work at their jobs. I won’t be visitingThis store again.
Cannot believe how little chicken salad was in my sandwich! Very disappointed. There may have been a teaspoon of chicken. Certainly not worth the money. Wish I could get my money back.
Rushed in to get my favorite cinnamon crunch bagel and I got this poorly cut catastrophe with no liner just thrown in the bag naked which caused it to stick to the napkins in the bag. Now I have to pick paper off my bagel before its edible?
employees are extremely rude and impatient. lettuce in the salad tasted old. the bread taste like it had been sitting out it was tough and chewy and just not good. over half the tables and seats were dirty. the tomatoes in the salad were horrible. my sister basically had to play tug of war with her sandwich just to bite it because it was so tuff. the lemonade was good tho.
We love Panera, but unfortunately this location fell short. We didn't hear our name called and had to go ask about our food, which had by then gone cold. The produce on the salad was shriveled and the side apple on one order wouldn't have been suitable for a kids meal.

I visited this location today , I was trying to ask the young man about prices I really wanted a large size broccoli and cheddar Mac and cheese , he tries to tell me that the prices went from medium to large at 6.99 to 19.99 I questioned him several times he just argued with me ! Then they continued to argue that I wanted the soup wich I did not . I got all the way home and I got the soup ? and I tried to call for 4 hours and no one answered I will not drive to that location again
I have visited this store several times over the last couple months and am very pleased with the service. There is one lady who must be a manager but doesn’t have a name tag that is exceptionally nice and attentive to my families differences in taste making it easy to order.You’ll definitely enjoy speaking with her. And the food is wonderful. Even when they are very busy it is quickly made and taste delicious. I will continue to eat here often.
