Unacceptable dining at this Panera bread. While trying to enjoy my Signature Take, I was taken by surprise when this black thing drops out my sandwich. No test have been ran to confirm or deny what exactly this is, but it has a smell and texture of a vaginal blood clot. Disgusting, just utterly disgusting. I'm sick to my stomach!

We've placed dozens of orders over the course of 3 years for either pickup or delivery. Every single order messed up. Absolutely the worst service in the area. Needs to be shut down. This time they left out an entire sandwhich. Obviously cannot read "no feta" over a dozen salads with feta still on them. Good luck if you have any allergies. This place could kill you. Not sure who's working here but they obviously need some serious training. And reading glasses.
We waited 45 minutes for our order. It probably would have been longer if I didn't inquire about our order.
Service was excellent, the employees were very helpful, very nice, the food was beautifully plated and it was delicious! Very clean restaurant, and the ladies restroom was nice and clean! Great Job Panera Bread
Bathrooms were pretty dirty, the rest of the restaurant looked ok, and the staff was pretty ok.
The lady working the register around 6.30pm Jan 3 was rude as all get out. She was on her phone (via her airpods) the entire time through multiple orders, including mine. She said she would bring me the baked goods i bought, she didn't. When I asked about my food and my baked goods, she claimed she gave me everything, which she didn't. She caught an attitude about it, blamed the cooks.. I understand customer service may not be everyone's forte..so don't work in the customer service industry, simple. I was respectful and nice until she caught an attitude.
I don’t typically leave reviews. But, I don’t think employees should be sweeping under my table/moving the chairs at my table to sweep while I’m still sitting here. Otherwise, food is usually fine
Just got coffee. Small Panera but nice!
Really cozy place. The seating is really comfortable! Service is fast and people are very nice! Remember to tip them well!
