When I requested a remake of my salad respectfully, the girl at the register laughed at me in my face. Then when she told the kitchen staff and the manager, they also laughed in my face. Forgot to include utensils and messed up orders. The staff is disrespectful even though I was treating them with respect.

Closed 25 minutes early knowing college students don’t have anywhere else to go eat on campus. Ridiculous. Would’ve given a zero but that’s not possible!

I actually work here. Love the job. The food is great. Unfortunately, they will be closing 04/30/21 temporarily.
It would be nice to know you have to be a student to come here and get food.
This Panera is usually accurate in their orders and is fairly efficient, given the large population of students that they are serving. Historically, customer service has been decent, but I have recently encountered a couple workers who were snappy at best and outright rude at worst. It has been disappointing to see the quality of service go down over the past few months. I hope that this is taken into consideration and the workers are retrained on how to treat customers.
