I want to like this Panera since it’s close to me, but they are pretty slow and never get your order right. They make everyone order and pull ahead for the drive thru and then wait for 5-10 minutes. Infact, I’ve never went through the drive thru and had my order handed to me WITHOUT waiting 5-10minutes. Even then, they forget some of my order and obvious things like napkins. The last person who brought me my order was texting while she handed it to me and didn’t even remember my drink. I hate to leave a negative review, but it’s annoying to go through a drive thru, wait for 10 minutes, and still have your order wrong and have to go inside anyway. it seems as if everyone there is very young and just doesn’t care, unfortunately.
The food was very good and the atmosphere would have been good if it were not for one of the workers calling super loudly with a shrill voice every time somebody's order was up despite having a buzzer to inform each customer. There's no point yelling names and interrupting the peace of the diners if people already have a buzzer to tell them when their order is up. The yelling really detracted from the dining experience.
As a Door Dash driver I can say they are always professional and I've never received a customer complaint. They have great coffee and food when I've eaten there. Definitely 5 ?s
They are always out of everything. Terrible. Worst Panera I have ever visited. Tables are nasty. Have to search around for a clean table every time even when they are not busy. Basic items are never in stock. They should figure out the basics or close this location that can actually stock items.
The staff was friendly and food came out quickly. It's nice to go to a chain that has good customer service and fresh hot food!!
Better than usual Panera experience. The food was typical, but what really made the difference this time was the service. I had entered an online order and it was ready by the time I made my 5 minute trip to the store. I also placed another order at the cashier and she was very helpful and friendly. As I stood waiting for my order to be prepared, I could see the staff in the back working. They were efficient, careful and friendly, keeping me updated on the status of my order. I was in and out in less than 7 minutes total, and the complicated order was perfect. Well done!
I love this place, clean, great food, and good service. Pricey, as usual for Panera bread
Mobile order curbside pickup. Waited ten minutes for nobody to bring out my order with at least three employees visible inside. Attempted to call the store, nobody answered. Pulled around to the drive through, was told they were short staffed. No attempt to make things right or apologize for the wait. Get home to cold soup and no salad dressing for the salad ordered. Attempted to call the store again for a refund on the dressingless salad, still no answer. Would not return to this location.
I ordered a whole teriyaki chicken broccoli rice bowl and was given half. I asked the cashier about it and she was rude said yes and closed the window.. I wish I could post picture to show this half of half rice bowl. I’m very disappointed I paid $18 for $9 worth of food. Drive further up or down and find a better one to use, where customer service and customer care exist
