So I’ve been to this Panda Express a few times and I have the same few experiences every time. The portions they give you are horribly small, certain food is out, or the females there have an attitude that you want more food or don’t want the last little bit that’s in serving bowl. The restaurant is clean but the portions are way too small for $10 and up.
I would regularly visit this Panda Express and they always got my order right and were very nice. About 2 months ago, I went through the drive thru and the system was down, so they were only doing inside orders. Today, I went again for the first time since then (drive thru, again) and they inform me that they are only doing cash orders. Recently it seems that they have gone downhill for some reason. I hope they can resolve these issues and stop them from happening so frequently because their food is usually good and I enjoy it!
They were out of Honey Walnut Shrimp, shortly after they opened, the whole reason I go. We were there a few weeks ago and they gave us samples, now all the sudden they can't bc of covid?? So when I asked what if we got something and didn't like it? His reply was "That's your problem." My noodles were dry and had no flavor. The restaurant was dirty. The floors, soda machine area, tables, it looked leftover from the night before since we got there about 30 minutes after they opened. We had to clean a table to sit at.Overall the worst experience I've ever had there.
Food was warm and service was not great food didn't taste the same hope better next time
4/2/22. At this time,Professional and friendly, good hot food, clean dining area. The black pepper angus steak dish is especially good.
I had to leave a review. A simple visit, and I was so impressed by the staff. So polite, too kind and thoughtful. If they were not helping you, they were wiping and cleaning things. My son has a dairy allergy and one item could not be found online, so a staff member went and checked the ingredient list herself. Bravo to the staff, it’s hard to get that kindness anywhere these days. Restaurant work is difficult, especially dealing with the customers, be kind to the people who show up to work. ♥️
I LOVE panda express but especially this one! Very clean, friendly, and the food is always delicious!
To preface, Cecilia and her staff have been catering lunches for my office for the past couple of months. Our orders have always been prepared perfectly and precisely on-time (every time)! We appreciate all the hard work her and her team put in each time and appreciate the attentiveness they bring to the table.
I kid you not..every.single.time. my family and I go here, specifically through drive thru. They mess up our order. We have a running joke about if they'll forget something or give us the wrong thing and sure enough they do. I highly advise anyone ordering from drive thru to stay at the window and check all your food before you drive off. We did that last night and we were able to get our order corrected before going all the way home and finding out.
It’s the Great Resignation! Once again this PE is closed for lack of workers available. I don’t blame them though. Minimum wage in the US is a joke. This is at least the 2nd time in a month this branch is closed for this reason. Food is always delicious but can’t get it. PE headquarters, give these folks a raise!
