My husband and I had our Granddaughter on this day, we had to go to Irondale to pick up some stuff for our pool at Family Leisure, we were looking for a good place to eat and the guys at Family Leisure recommend Pancho's Mexican restaurant. We were seated right away and had chips & salsa on the table within 2 minutes, and within 2 more we had our drinks and order taken. The food came out fast and very hot and delicious. We were actually very surprised at this because they were quite busy. We will definitely go back if we are in Irondale again and hungry. The whole staff were very nice and friendly, they all spoke to our Granddaughter when she said hey ? to them. She is only 20 months old, but she is a talker. I most definitely recommend this place ? ? ?
For the price, it's hard to beat the quality of food. They have an extensive menu and creative dishes.

Good frozen margaritas, salsa very mild. Lots of vegetarian and seafood options.Steak fajitas and chicken enchiladas also great.
Got hammered and lived to tell everyone about it!!!. The food was very good. Service was very good. I truly enjoyed all my drinks and some of my wife's too, ?. We will definitely be back here again!
Food was cold, the nachos my son ordered nachos there was lvery little queso on nachos he asked for more and was was charged 3.98 for a ramekin size a cheese. The waitress was rude and would not return to our table for refills.
Please pay attention to the menu. The food taste good, but no substitutes. They will not bend at all. Read the description of the food items before ordering. You have to ask the staff for the description area of the menu or you will miss it. Staff is nice and establishment is clean.
