Food was okay. Service was disappointing. They hired some immature and untrained waitresses who did not know much about their job. We waited long time until our waitress showed up, and another long waiting until the appetizer was served, and so on...

We booked our reservation on Open Table and arrived 10 minutes early. The hostess had no clue that we had a reservation and said that she didnât know how to even look up reservations from Open Table. She asked us to have a seat while she talked to her manager. After waiting 25 minutes PAST our reservation time and seeing multiple parties being seated we approached the hostess (who replaced the previous one) and she told us she knew nothing about our reservation and would work to have a table cleaned. We ordered 2 appetizers which were not brought to the table until AFTER our main course was served. The waitstaff is very short handed and doing the best they can despite having to tell us that the first three things we ordered were out of stock tonight. After our experience this is likely the last time we plan to dine at the PF Changs in Birmingham, AL. Not at all like we are accustomed to when dining at PF Changs
Have been to P.F. Chang’s in multiple locations before but tried this one in summit this time and it’s as good as expected.Had all the vegetarian dishes and were familiar in taste as they should be.Good ambiance, service and food, perfect for friends or family outing.
My sister and I sat at the bar with Kendal as our server and she was fabulous! She was so kind, helped us out with our orders, and recommended sauces and drinks for us to try. We also spilt some food and she was so kind to help us clean it up. Our service here was amazing and we can’t wait to come back!

I have always loved this place. Absolutely wonderful and our server, Paige, is fantastic! We had the Sesame Chicken, Chang’s Spicy Chicken, and Chili-Garlic Green Beans and it was just as good as we had remembered (it’s been a good while since we’ve been able to come). A staple in Birmingham!
This was our 1st time there when they brought out our food it was delicious and our server noticed that mine looked dry so they made me another dish for free we will be back
