The food is good but the service is lacking. I ordered curbside and I called the number like it said on the sign. The man that answered said they were still working on it. I sat outside for 15-20 minutes before going inside to find my order was waiting for me. I get all the way home only to find out they forgot my husband’s dessert. We live over 20 minutes away and weren’t going to go back for it.
Good food and I liked that I.could go inside to order and eat on Sunday when all the other places I tried were drive thru only.
The staff is normally pretty awesome especially the day staff. Food is really fresh and perfectly prepared. I just visited about 1 hr. ago 5:30pm and didn't have the best experience. The staff was not as engaging and my salad is missing ingredients and my $4.50 slice of cake looked like someone had eaten one of the layers. Not sure what's going on but someone please check on your night staff.
Definitely recommend the loaded potato soup ? ? and the service here is amazing!!! All the ladies here are so nice and hospitable!!! The Club Sandwich was nice, I'm not a fan of honey mustard so I had it taken off. The combo Sandwich and soup was a perfect duo ??
When we went in there was a sign stating "Take Out Only" due to being short staffed. I have to say, the staff they did have made it feel like they were abundantly staffed. The service was friendly and efficient, the food was above board fantastic and the place was spotless.I had the Black and Bleu Salad, which is a favorite of mine and it was on point as usual.I love this Newks location and they are always super friendly and wonderfully efficient. I am a repeat customer and I will return for more!
Food's great, new menu items, desserts and drinks. Will be back to eat there anytime. I had the sausage and pepperoni pizza with side of classic salad, sherry vinaigrette tossed on my salad instead of my usual on the side and s large drink..
Waited 30 minutes for potato soup to warm up. When we finally got our take out order and headed home realized they gave us the wrong order. Had to turn around and go back. Recommend they pay more attention to their job responsibilities with less time for horsing around with each other. Very disappointed.
the place was packed when I arrived but the service was so fast and friendly. this was my first time and I really enjoyed the fast casual ambience and complimentary breadsticks. I will definitely be back!
This Newk’s is definitely different because the guy at the register has a so unprofessional . I ordered a Cesar Salmon and he just rung up a plain Cesar salad and once I told him that this was not what I ordered he unprofessionally stated that’s what I heard you say and to keep matters from going way left I said ordered a Caesar salmon and if weren’t so busy counting money in a register you would have heard me. Apparently multi tasking is not a strong suit. The customer service would be a lot better if they would learn to communicate with the customer instead of talking to them like they are friends that’s very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Floors look a mess windows look a mess and the tables were dirty so yeah definitely won’t be back here period. The Newk’s in other locations I guess are held to a higher standard of customer service and cleanliness. With the amount of traffic hitting this store there is no reason for dirty anything. But I hope they get it together.
The food was decent but the wait time was not good. If its lunch time and one line has a conflict you should get the next person in line not 2-3 people that walks in the door. The customer that was next in line should have been or be next .
