Even though I made a location error in ordering my meal on the app, the store staff was very accommodating and very friendly when I arrived to pick it up. The Vegan burger was juicy and delicious even cold almost 24 hours later on the second day.
Delicious food, good portions. A bit expensive but I was expecting that. They did make my burger vegetarian when I asked for meat but they fixed it with no issues.
Absolutely delicious. Most burgers and fries barely have taste that comes mainly from the condiments. TONS of flavor from the meat itself and the fries are seasoned beautifully. I normally coat my fries in ketchup, but not here.First time visiting and live out of town by 2 hours.
Such unique menu. Trying g to decide between hamburger and hotdogs. Well they have a secret menu that allows both at the same time. So good. Staff was very kind. Milkshakes... yum!
I ordered a Quesonario burger and sweet potato fries. Food was prepared and presented well, but I just didn't think it had enough flavor. Sweet potato fries were excellent and I'm not a big fry person. The cleanliness of the order number card they give you looked like it was done before the pandemic.
Burgers be good fresh everytime I sit in and eat or when I'm picking up always ready and fresh this 1 of my favorite burger spots
Great food, excellent service but the floor was soaking wet. Too wet to walk on, I was nervous when walking to the restroom with my daughter and niece before eating. It was still wet when we finished eating, we just used hand sanitizer because we didn't want to fall.
When ever I order online, one, sometimes 2 of the 3 hamburgers are incorrect. This has happened 3 times. :( The 2nd time it happened, I just wanted to make sure my Mom's burger was correct, so I unwrapped the burger, and I'm glad I did. It was wrong. Today for order #42, 2 of the 3 hamburgers was wrong. Hamburger #2 , which was my Mom's order, was supposed to be a Single with mayo, ketchup, etc (see attached order); instead it was a BYO Double with cheese, no mayo, no extra tomatoes. Hamburger #3 was supposed to be my BYO Double w/ketchup, onions, lettuce, w/extra tomatoes, etc; instead it was BYO Single with mayo. It was truly messed up. I dislike cheese, so I tried scrapping it off Hamburger order #2, and tried to give Hamburger #3 to my Mom, but she dislikes onions. I do not like having to check my order every time; your hamburger meat is good, but I do not understand why my order continues to be wrong.
Eating here for the second weekend in a row. I can't say enough about this place. Friendly staff, phenomenal food and always fresh. Hands down the best burger I have ever had in my life. If you haven't tried, you're missing out.
First, let me say the staff was nice. The issue I had was that my burger tasted like it was cooked earlier and reheated. It wasn't fresh. My fries weren't crispy, they were limp. I ordered a strawberry milkshake but I guess the cup it was prepared in wasn't clean because I had cookie bits in it when I sipped through the straw. I threw it away. When you're paying that amount for a burger combo, it needs to be fresh. I was disappointed.
