Food was excellent, people were very nice and polite, and the food was done very fast. Great service and great food, highly recommended to others.

The food is great, but no matter how many times I order a regular burrito for $8.99, they charge me for a homewrecker.

I give this place one star because not only did I get attitude from the employees, so did this sweet little old man in line. I wasn’t greeted, I wasn’t even spoken to. Not even a smile. Either they are very unsatisfied with their job and pay, or they just aren’t decent employees. It’s called customer service for a reason. I really hope the employer has core values for them to follow by. Those are really important. At least clean and set up enough tables for your customers.

I ate here 3 times over a 14 day work trip and I wish I could have came here more often! The stacks were amazing. Friendly service with great portions.

Ordered my food on the moes app and it was never delivered, but Rachel the GM gave me a refund and still hand delivered the food for the inconvenience. Great customer service from her!

Staff is rude and won't interact with customers. There are staff sitting in dining chairs in the BOH, people don't change their gloves, and they are extremely slow. It took 30 minutes to get a partially burnt stack at low to medium capacity. Overall very disorganized and unprofessional.

The best thing about this place is that the taco mama is around the corner so when this Moes forgets to give you the food that you paid for or gives you a quesadilla that is basically a soggy piece of bread you won't be far from an actual restaurant.

First Food Poisoning Experience.Ordered two burritos for me and my boyfriend. One chicken, one beef. He started feeling queezy and I actually vomited. I had to go straight to bed, the stomach ache was that bad. I should have turned around because the customer service was horrible too. It was almost closing time(7:30pm when they close at 8) and the workers (younger aged kids) were literally upset that more customers were coming in. One even turned the “OPEN” sign off at like 7:35. Another was being straight rude to a women and her son who came in to use the restroom(ignoring her questions about unlocking the bathroom for them). ANOTHER one(who made the first half of our burritos) was cussing up a storm for some reason but I couldn’t figure out why. He was just rude. I never write reviews, but bad food and customer service all in one setting is enough for me.

Food is good. It's the management that's the problem, just like the other reviews state. Never going here again because I was scammed. I don't know if she did it by mistake or if it was on purpose, but she charged me for 3 tacos, when I only bought one. She put my food in the box, so she should've known. I don't mind donating money to people that need it, but it doesn't feel right to have it stolen from me.

This location’s workers definitely do not want to be there. The food is not throughly cooked and the service is even worse. It’s been a gradual decline for a couple of months but now the food has began to suffer.
