Like most restaurants now, they were short staffed, but we could not have asked for a better server. She was so courteous and worked so hard to get to us very quickly. The food was excellent as usual. If you go, ask for Echo as your server. She will not disappoint.
We have been going to Mings since I was a small child. Amy is the sweetest. My favorite Chinese place EVER. For a sweet and spicy treat, order the Ming Chicken (it's not on the menu but they know what you're talking about).
Was our first time to eat here. We drove up and went in, it's an older restaurant so we weren't expecting much but we were very surprised. The waitress was nice, my mother asked her if the food was good and she said they'd received a 5 star reward the previous year. I can understand why, because the food is made to order, not sitting in pans waiting to be dished up. It was delicious, I got the sweet and sour shrimp with fried rice and I couldn't eat it all. Prices are reasonable as well, very worth the visit.
Excellent customer service! Greeted upon entry and host was very pleasant. I ordered the black pepper chicken. The egg roll was larger than I am accustomed to, but was good. Greasy, but good. My only complaint is that the fried rice was made with long grain rice instead of medium. Would definitely return!
I really want to love this place but Went today got Mongolian beef the portion on one plate was super small ! Taste great though***Update called and they were HAPPY to fix it! Great customer service can turn any situation around! From 1 star to 5
This place has been her around thirty YEARS!!It's an old style Chinese menu with Bhams BEST sesame chicken. Lunch is served fast with soup and a very good egg roll. You have to look for it, it's behind the car wash...but DO look for it, and go.
Best Chinese Food In Birmingham! The egg rolls are the best. They offer a very diverse menu. Everything is cooked to order. Quick service, friendly staff! Highly recommend the takeout option!
Our appetizer was meh... But our main course was amazing and the service was excellent as well. The sesame chicken actually had flavor. It wasn't just sweet and sour chicken with sesame seeds. It had a little spice to it and was made with dark meat. The rice was so soft and buttery. But had actual veggies and egg and flavor. The sweet tea is southern approved and Eric was an awesome!!!
Came in at 5:30. We were sitted immediately. Split two entrees. Food was ready before I could take two sips of water. The meal was outstanding. We were gone by 6:15.
