I was seated promptly, had a fantastic waitress named Laurel, my order was delivered quickly and was cooked perfectly. Food and service was excellent, by the way, I had New York strip steak!Went back to Logan's for lunch with my sister. Marie helped us and did a great job. I do not order fish at many restaurants because it is usually greasy. I had the cat fish and it was perfect, fresh, not a bit greasy and was fresh. Sis had steak and said it was cooked as she ordered and was very tender. It was a great experience. Also, the salads were fresh and crisp and made by our waitress, Marie and they were great.
We had a server that was new on a party of 11 . 4 meals were incorrect. The server had a bad attitude and Her facial expressions told exactly how she felt. Eventually a more experience server helped. The food was mediocre. Two steaks were burnt and the fried fish filets were unrecognizable, they looked like fish sticks. I haven’t eaten T Logan’s since the pandemic and will not be returning. The only reason for the two starts was for the experienced server.
We had a great family dinner. I wish I knew our server name but, he had some pretty wavey hair and was very very nice ( we came on 3/12 @ 3pm. He made sure that everyone was very well taking care of. The food was good. Thank you again .
The sever that we had took 25 minutes to come to my table to even say hello and to get drink orders. Also she told me that she would bring some bread out as quickly as she can because she was the only one baking it. I work in the restaurant industry and I tell you she needs to be trained better and learn to never let a table sit for not even 2 minutes before you need to be greeting them. So I say my visit their tonight was not great and it could have been better, also never got my drinks that I ordered and I was their ready to spend for a full course meal but that was to much for her to handle. Very disappointed in how we was done and the managers that was their and their was two of them was not even helping her that just kept seating her after us and that's bad when you see that someone can't keep up help them out where needed... Had lunch today...Hostess very unfriendly...no welcome or hi, just took us to the table...nothing else said. Table was sticky and floor dirty. I ordered a lemonade with no ice...got lemonade with ice. Waitress told me, it will not taste good without it.2. Waiter changed it for me. Food came in time, but was not hot.I would have addressed people by names, but there were no name tags and no names were mentioned.In general ... customer service training is needed.
We had a good waiter, we waited an hour and fifteen minutes for our food and that’s where my dads medium steak, came out rare, and my medium rare steak came out raw and cold tasted like it just came out of a refrigerator, baked potatoes came out with sour cream after we said no sour cream. Other restaurants have been like this was hoping this location was different, was sadly mistaken.
Food was great. We had a 45 mim wait. It was a party of 5. There was space between us and we felt safe. My husband had the steak and seafood,salad and baked potato. We were celebrating his birthday. We also ordered 3 of the porkchop dinners. One kids shimp dinner. The waiter was very good. He had several tables all over but did a great job. He provided plates for the cake and ice cream. The food was great, pork chops and steak was tender. Will go back.
The waitress took our drink and food order at the same time, one of us ordered sweet, she brought unsweet tea. When she brought our salads my wife told her the tea wasn't sweet,the waitress replied they were out of sugar. She should have said that when she took the order. So I guess it's too much to ask for the manager to send someone to a local supermarket to get sugar when they realized they were out? Charged $2.99 for a drink she couldn't drink. After 45 minutes of waiting for our steaks, I had to find the waitress and when I asked about our food then she went to the kitchen and got it. One of us ordered a loaded potato it came out with only butter. Steak was tough. So if you eat here don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.
Came here, because you could usually expect a decent meal. Our wait was extremely long for a server, then we were rationed to one glass of water, two would have bankrupted Logans. We both ordered the Logan steak, I'm not sure, but I thought med well, was just a little pink. Mine was still mooing, and bleeding to death. Had to beg for more bread, they took my steak back, to cook it some more, it showed back up 25 minutes later, cold and still raw. Not sure it did more than sit on a counter somewhere. Just not the food and service you'd expect. But hey, the homeless man that wandered thru the restaurant, trying to con us and three other customers into giving him some money, was pretty entertaining! Would not suggest this location! Good luck if you do though!
The burger I ordered came out with cheddar cheese instead of American cheese. And I asked them not to put cheddar cheese on it to put American cheese. The meat was overdone and real dry. But as far as the waitress which I do not remember her name she was a awesome waitress
