Man im really mad The 2 women there now have attitudes and got my order wrong I asked for fries with my order I went back inside from the drive thru and told the lady she got smart with me and just told me basically what she wanted me to order didnt try to fix it just told me what i asked for i guess kfc will hire anyone these days I'm really mad I'll never go back to kfc and i dont appreciate you sharing ppl information to 3rd parties for experimenting and data collecting8:35 p.m. 7/19/22

This place is horrible some employees are fantastic but others are a nightmare every time I went the never had anything I wanted to order always out of chicken or sides or both very bad and chicken is too greasy
I always like to start anything with a positive reflection. The chicken sandwiches were juicy and delicious. I only wish the full review could be like this. I'm sorry to say that this KFC experience was not impressive at all. I entered the establishment and was the only customer there waiting at the counter for 5 to 6 min before any of the employees surfaced from the back of the restaurant! Then when my order was finally being filled, after I'd already paid, I was told the chicken pot pies would be 22 min. ? Why couldn't I be told this when I ordered??? That just poor customer service at its worse. Very disappointing.
Placed online order for a box say they no longer offer the box only the sandwich and the sides HELLO that's exactly what I ordered good way of taking care of your customer no wonder the score is no low here
Horrible!!!!! Chicken breast hard and old smells like it had been sitting all day asked for coleslaw and got lukewarm mash potatoes the only thing right about my order was the drink and didn't get a freaking straw for it! Asked for some Hot Sauce and Honey and didn't get either and Didn't get a Receipt Either ?????
