We were on a road trip to Colorado. Arrived at 8pm Jimmy john's the lady that helped us was on point professional and personable. There was a team of three working and all seemed to be well performing until. To date the best experience I have had at a Jimmy John's.I wish I could recall the lady's name to give her the proper credit. Our date of visit- Friday July 22 8pm. and ordered six subs.

Ordered a #4 Turkey Tom combo (Unwich). Was told "no turkey" so I settled for a #1 combo (ham) UNWICH. Was offered no extras. What I got was a sandwich with bread, not an Unwich. I discovered that I didn't get what I wanted after I mistakenly took a bite. Ugh! While it was my bad, I still didn't get what I ordered. The jalapeño chips were good and my unsweet tea was great. The place was clean. Not many people were there for lunch at 12:30.
Couple of things. The Spicy Italian sandwich is consistently put together so well, so enjoyable! Also, went through one day and had trouble with my debit card. The young man at the drive through was so discreet and understanding, almost whispering through the window. Thank you for caring!
Absolutely amazing manager and workers are studs and they did a catering order so fast 10/10 Jimmy Johns!!
Didn’t ask what kind of bread and what we wanted on our subs! Won’t be going back! I don’t think they were trained as the just opened! Very dissatisfied and disappointed!
These guys love to slather the turkey sandwich with mayo, even if you specify '"no mayo." The first time it happened? Okay, an accident. Then it happened the next time, too.
This was my unwhich sandwich after waiting 45 minutes . The last 3 times I’ve ordered from them my food was not delivered for over an hour and I was never updated I had to call and just cancel my order. I’m annoyed and disgusted with this location.
Really hate this was the place I chose today.....especially since I didn't get a refund since they didn't make my sandwich after not finding a ticket for it. Hope you got some ink in that printer you were so worried about
I have been trying make an order for delivery for 3 days now. My orders have been canceled due to lack of staff/no delivery driver. Today I decided to just go and place a to go order, only to be told they are only taking cash at the moment. What I’m the world is going on with Jimmy John’s? I will not be going back.
Absolutely horrible. Now I've never been in that business so I didn't know where to go and no greetings at all. I had to ask where do I order, had to ask if I could add condiments. I mean I thought Hueytown had bad service, this business was absolutely horrible. I would rather starve than patronize this location ever again!
