I won’t be back to Jimmy John’s. We ordered a Giant Footlong country sandwich and me and my Nefew was eating it together when he started choking from plastic film on the meat inside the sandwich. It scared me to death. It was awful pulling a long string of plastic out of his mouth. He was panicking and gasping for air. This place has really gone down hill. I can’t wait until they open the Jersey Mike's Subs in our area.
I did not catch the name of the young man working by himself today, but he deserves a promotion and/or a raise! He handled a steady influx of lunchtime customers, some with multiple orders, with skill and professionalism. He cheerfully greeted each guest who entered the store, and he worked calmly, quickly and efficiently. No one saw him sweat. To serve the customer in front of me, he took her order while making two other sandwiches, and calmly explained that he would receive her payment after he finished making the sandwiches. I know that the restaurant industry is suffering from a shortage of employees. I just want the manager to know he has a gold mine in this employee. He represented Jimmy John’s and himself extremely well, and I hope he is rewarded for it. #jimmyjohns

I normally have great service at this location. But the last 2 times my order was incomplete or just wrong. The order I placed tonight was the vito5 no cheese. I get a sub with no meat and it just had lettuce,tomatoes and cheese. I wasn't able to check my order until they were already closed. 8 1/2 hrs(12hr shift)with no food working in the ER is tiring.
I ordered from here a month or so ago. It took almost an hour and half to receive my order. Mind you it was a single 8in sub. I was frustrated then but figured “maybe they are busy”Therefore, I ordered from them again today with the same order. It has currently been an hour since I ordered delivery and still have not received my food. Typing this hungry.Moral of the story : order your sandwich when you are NOT hungry and maybe it will arrive by time you are. Sheesh.UPDATED:Two hours after my order was placed they called to inform me that they didn’t have a delivery driver or enough bread.Just steer clear!!
Always fast and consistent! I love how easy it is to place an order online and run in and grab it from the shelf. One of our staple places to grab a quick bite!
Service and food was good, women ? was filthy... didn't look like the toilet bowl had EVER been cleaned...food was amazing though, as always ??♀️
I have been waiting on my order for over an hour says delivered but it has not been. Been calling but no one answers phone

Took my money!!! I never write reviews but this is ridiculous, I ordered delivery for lunch because I didn’t have time to go pick it up and my food was never delivered! After 2 hours I called the store and they told me that the delivery drivers car broke and he is on his way. Another hour goes by and it still hasn’t been delivered so I call the store and they tell me he should be there any minute now, so anyways the food never got delivered and I asked for a refund and they told me it would take about 2 days for the money to be deposited back into my account. It’s been a week and still haven’t gotten my money.
