This Jim N Nik's act like they are mad that you came un. The girls taking to go orders, do not pay attention. The one last night was atrocious The last 3 times was a terrible experience. The people in Alabaster are much better. I try to give food workers a break, but when you tell them 3 times, I want 5 pulled pork and 1 chicken sandwich, l sauce on the side, and a dozen biscuits , you see $52 bill, and no chicken sandwich, you point this out, the want to start another order? If it had been crowded, I could understand, but it was not! Won't spend my hard earned money here again.

We had pre wedding dinner for about 35 people, ordering off the menu individually. There were 2 long tables in the room and seating was a little crowded, the grooms family all had their food while the brides table weren't served for about 15 minutes. When the last person on the brides table was served the grooms table was finished eating. The 3 servers, one of which was in training did their best and I think maybe there should have been a limited or pre set menu. But over all we enjoyed being with family and not having to cook or clean up if we had hosted at home was well worth the price.
Love the food! Curbside assistance however is non-existent. Waited over 15min for someone to walk my food out. It was supposedly ready when I arrived and checked in. We will see if our food is cold once I get home. Unfortunate.
A very good BBQ place with a variety homemade sauces.2022 UpdateCame back and really enjoyed the food. The smoked wings and BBQ plate are both highly recommended.
I stopped by to grab a quick bite for dinner. I ordered the barbecue half chicken with sides. It was served hot and the food was seasoned very well. Good food at a great price.
As always a very very great , nice and professional visit. We didn't dine in and ordered to go but I repeat AS USUAL great nice service and bomb-tastic food! Most definitely one of my state faves, and anytime I can stop by or etc etc BEST believe I will! ?
I got the Brisket Baked Potato w/ extra brisket and was NOT PLEASED!! Potato was burnt, brisket pieces really hard. It seems like I can't catch a good brisket day, no matter WHAT TIME I GO!!! I'll stick to the Smoked Chicken from now on and that's REALLY GOOD, JUICY AND TENDER!!???

Great BBQ. But amazed that they are the only BBQ house in Alabama that doesn’t offer baby back ribs. They used to and they were great. They say they are hard to get these days but all other BBQ joints in the area have them and offer them every day on their menu.
