The cones are very good seems like they're made fresh daily . I don't think they are store bought. The ice cream was very, very well done. I got a BackBerry ice cream on a waffle cone and it was as good as any I've ever had. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would go back.

The ice cream is fantastic. Staff acts a little put out. Like they're too cool for ice cream ?. AND they gave a 5-year-old a scoop of Frosé in a kid's cone. Another customer outside informed us it contains alcohol and that Jeni's staff had done the same thing to her child before. When I took the kid cone filled with Frozé back in to inquire, they confirmed it contains alcohol. What kind of person gives kids alcohol?!
Jeni's Ice Cream in Pepper Place is one of our favorites. The kids love the waffle cones and all of the different choices.
Good ice cream with a nice business model. Loads of flavors, and it's encouraged to try more than one. It's easy to get two, three, or even ten different flavors! All for a really good price. Definitely gonna look out for this place in the future.

My goodness. Such yummy goodness. Why didn't I get a photo of the goodness???The people behind the counter were really patient-- they allowed me to taste 7 different dairy and non dairy (coconut milk) varieties. They were very helpful, pointing out what like.They use compostable & recyclable materials (spoons, bowls, etc.)I paid $7.50 for 2 small scoops of yummy goodness (gooey brown ice cream + biscuit and peaches) in a little waffle bowl. As an occasional treat, it's worth it.The location is ideal, the parking free & available, the store is clean, the outdoor sitting area is comfy. Great Wednesday after work experience! I recommend:)
The ice cream is so yummy as usual, but the size of a scoop is so small especially for the price...the jeni's in Atlanta never gave me such small scoops
I've been a fan of Jeni's Ice Cream since discovering the original Columbus Ohio location on a business trip. I was so happy when they opened a location in Birmingham, and it did not disappoint. Great flavors, cheerful staff.
This has outdoor only seating, under a pavilion. Jeni’s has so many flavors, with clearly marked dairy free options. We’ve only tried this ice cream place a few times, always liking it but never being blown away.
