Worst Jacks location of alllll the Jacks I’ve been too. I love jacks and this one is constantly lacking something. The workers don’t care and maybe they have a good reason not to? Maybe there needs to be a change in management. But I ask for my fries well done as I always do— they laugh in your face. The fries were barely done. They had no comeback sauce. Didn’t ask for ketchup, nothing. Hate that this is the closest Jacks to us.
I went there on 06/30/2022 around 12:30pm cst and the young African American girl was so rude taking my order. She immediately said in a RUDE TONE, " ORDER ". Not Thank you for coming to Jacks. Not How can I help you please. Instead she said ORDER. After ordered a combo, she said IS THAT IT, I said I would also like a Chicken Breast. She then SIGHED. Yes, SIGNED like I was bothering her. She said IS THAT IT again ! I said no mam I also want to order the Country Fried stake mean. She said very RUDELY, " PULL AROUND ". Then when I got to the window, another/different young African America took my card and gave it back with the receipt and ask me to pull up. I said unfortunately I wont pull up today because of the poor service I have already received. Then a Caucasian older man named William came to the window and was VERY RUDE. He said WHY DONT YOU JUST PULL UP ! YOURE HOLDING THE LINE UP . I explained to him why I wasn't going to pull up because of the bad service I received. William then RUDELY said, YOU CAN GO SOME WHERE ELSE THEN and walked off throwing his hands up in the air ! Then when my food finally was handed to me, the chicken breast was not included. I said my chicken breast was not in there. Then a NICE African American woman named Sasha APOLOGIZED for all I had been through. Sasha was VERY NICE and VERY PROFESSIONAL ! Those employees are SO RUDE
Horrible experience. This morning, i went to jacks for hash browns and i didn't not recieve any in the bag. The line was about 40 minutes and we luckily got there before they stopped serving breakfast. And another time, I never received my bacon and me and my father ordered some. They have slow employees who scream and they talk in the middle of their shift instead of making the food. Honestly, never going back again.
Extremely slow service. I've been stuck in the turn lane waiting to turn into the drive thru for 10 minutes and with the same 5 cars ahead of me. Probably another instance of being understaffed. Very poor turn around time though. "Fast food" is becoming an ironic term at this point. Wanna wait an hour for an okay biscuit? Come on down!
I don’t know what it is about this Jacks location, but I feel like the sun will crash into the earth and we will all be eviscerated before I EVER get the correct amount of sauces that I ask for. I love Jacks, and this is the only one near me that’s less than a 20 minute drive so I’m forced to go to this location every time if I don’t feel like going for a long drive. However, no matter how many times I explicitly ask for however many cups of honey mustard, I never ever get the right amount, if any at all. If by some divine intervention I do happen to get some honey mustard, the cups are always half full and are empty by the time I finish one chicken strip. I ask clearly and explicitly how much I want at the drive through and sometimes even again at the window. No honey mustard. My roommate and I are starting to make a game out of it at this point. I never leave reviews. I have worked customer service before. I would die before I act like a Karen, but I feel like I’m going insane trying to get some honey mustard at this place. PLEASE someone tell me they have a similar experience here hahaha.Other than that the food is good??♀️
The location of this Jack's is one that keeps them busy constantly. Drive-thru is normally packed and the lobby full of people. That being said, the employees work diligently in getting every order in and out to the customers as quickly as possible. Each time I've been here everything has been fresh and hot when I've received it. Always greeted and thanked prior to leaving with the order as well. They have it going on that's for sure and I highly recommend anyone to go and dine here. I'll always visit this Jack's when I'm working downtown and I recommend anyone else do the same!
Always good food! Their Fried Chicken is always so good! I ordered a 3 piece meal, which included a breast, thigh, leg, and 2 sides of your choice (I chose the Coleslaw which is delicious + fries that were just okay, 1 biscuit which must have been leftover from breakfast, hard/dry) + a Caramel Iced Coffee, which was delicious, but a bit too sweet. Also ordered the 2 Cheeseburger special. Cashier rang up the Combo (which came with Fries and Drink) and that's not what I ordered. Cost was $17+, a bit pricey. Place was extremely busy @ 1:15 p.m. People were lined up to the door, so I just went with what I was given. Drive-through was lined up around the building. Not sure if prep work had been performed correctly, as they were out of just about all of side sauces, which was a disappointment.
Long line, mean drive thru lady, she asked us what sauces we wanted with our food but we didn't get any in our order. We ordered a mocha and a caramel iced coffee and she gave us both vanilla without explanation. And even the vanilla was horrendously watered down ? she looked at me like I spit on her when I asked for some sauce
Don’t go here after 9pm on a Sunday night and order an extra French fry because they’ll give you five extra fries, nothing worth the two extra bucks. And they’ll be soggy and with no salt. Also they were out of Jack’s sauce… as usual. How can you be out of something that is made on site?
No point in ordering ahead on the mobile app. They close the inside of the restaurant so you have to sit in the drive-thru line for 35 minutes anyway. That’s not an exaggeration either—35 minutes
