Tasted good and large portions. My first time and I'd definitely go back.
Great concept!!! The staff was super nice. My son and I were visiting and we found this gem. Great menu choices. I was sadden however, that I didn't see the desserts until after we placed our orders, that red velvet cake and strawberry shortcake, omg... We will be back on next visit.
Today was my first time trying them out they have great customer service & great food will be back ?
The food was delicious believe me I will be back I love good food and I like the fact that I got my food quickly and everything was hot and fresh thank you so much
10/10 ? Very good food! Very well seasoned! Really good portion sizes. I am really impressed. I had the wings with the Cajun ranch and cheese fries. I also had the banana pudding. They were very tasty. My friends got wings in other flavors. They were all satisfied. On a second trip my friend got some cat fish. It was a very large portion size. Personally some of the best fired catfish I had. Overall really good food. Friendly customer service. Can’t go wrong here :)
The bartender at J Wings crossplex attitude is garbage. He is rude and has terrible customer service. I asked him to make me one of their house special drinks. I didn't want the fishbowl size because I was only planning to have a drink while waiting on my food. He agreed to make the drink smaller but still tried to charge me the price of the fishbowl size. He then made me wait until he served 3 other customers before coming back to make me this large size drink that I told him upfront I didn't want. I probably would have went ahead and took it if he didn't get all in his feelings. He could have just charged me less for the smaller drink and I would have been satisfied instead of him just ignoring me while I was trying to talk to him about the situation. I even heard the couple sitting next to me say he took it too far and they couldn't believe he was trying to charge the same price for a drink that he made smaller. Terrible customer service on behalf of the bartender. Will definitely turn around and walk out if I see him anywhere near that bar. ??????
My first time going. The girl at the register- unprofessional! Waited for my food and the wings were hot but extremely salty and the fries were cold!! On my way out I asked for some condiments and napkins..that same ratchet girl gave the same poor service. I’m not sure if they are aware how they are being represented. I typically give a place a second chance, not this time!!
At first the wings was over the top. Lately the have been dried up. Fries are great with ranch and lemon pepper.
Had it at work today. The wings were delicious as were the Cajun ranch fries. I will definitely be back.
I ordered a 2 piece cat fish dinner fried hard. First I got home the fish was fried hard but the insides wasn't done. Then I brought it back and got a chicken salad no onions add pickles. The salad had 2 scoops of crumbled meat and lettuce mix with huge lettuce chunks and NO pickles . The only thing I enjoyed was the strawberry cake. High disappointed and the cashier was very sweet young lady.
