I was looking for gluten-free desserts, and this place popped up. It was totally worth the 20 minute drive to get there; however, parking was a bit tricky. Chocolate chip is their only gf choice. After tasting one cookie, I couldn’t complain! THE BEST gf cookies I ever had! They were so good, soft, and chewy, that I had to question whether or not they were actually gf. Awesome cookie shop!
My first time and I love the cookies; however, I paid for minis, the cashier didn't know none were available. She did apologize so I ordered other cookies, she gave me a discount and I needed to dispute the first transaction with my bank per her.I totally forgot and lost money??
Got two of the cookie-wichs and both were very good. They are open late for that late night craving. Appears they offer a delivery service. Staff was friendly and got us our food quickly. I would recommend you try this place.
The staff here are just awesome. Every single cashier has been so sweet and helpful and i really like the atmosphere of this partilcar store. 5 stars for sure
Cookies are so fresh and delicious. It's a good thing I was just visiting otherwise I would be there quite often and putting on the pounds.
If you’ve seen any of my other reviews you know I’m always in the hunt for good gluten free options. Insomnia Cookies did not disappoint! It’s been a while since I enjoyed really good fresh baked cookies. Their chocolate chip was soft, warm,and delicious. I’m only whining because they have so many great flavors (which the family enjoyed and gave a thumbs up) but only one gluten free option. Hopefully they’ll have more GF choices in the future. (Hint, hint). Sorry about the photo I ate two before I remembered to take a pic for you guys! ???♀️
So, I am not a sweet person. ? Welllll.. I meant I don't like sweets like that. ? Lol ..I do like Insomnia Cookie, but only one favor. Can you say Snicker Doddles? ❤? OMG! Man, I just can't get enough of them. Smh.? I normally get the 6 pack for $11.00. All other favors, just are just OK. Otherwise, the service is always great. ? Of course, they have other items on the menu including ice cream.?Parking is always a challenge.? Normally, I am fortunate enough to get parking up front, but if not, I park in the rear of the building. If you have NEVER tried IC cookies, please do so! ????
I was kind of surprised I had to get in line for a pick up. Went again the next evening for the new hibiscus cookie (new fav) and decided to wait since it was just three people ahead. When I finally got to the register I had to wait to be acknowledged and watched 4-5 people to get their walk-in orders. What's the point ordering ahead when you have to wait in line or wait over 10 minutes to receive your pick-up. It should be at least two cashiers up front for walk-ins and pick-ups or the main cashier acknowledges pick-ups. And the first visit was only two ladies running it like a pro versus six running behind all over themselves (2 looking at their phone). Still love you guys, but lets do better.

Their macadamia nut cookies are delish!! They are for sure my guilty pleasure! Warm tasty cookies are wonderful!
