Chicken was fresh and good, unlike other bars like Buffalo wild wings serving you old and over cooked chicken, except for the one in Gardendale. The bartender Rae was awesome very attentive to all the customers . Thank you hooters in homewood for a great meal and an awesome drink.

After 4 years , I decided to give another try to this place , i got very disappointed again. My hot wings were not done correctly. The waitresses are more worried about their phone and the guy at the patio than to take care of the costumers, i ran out of drink and it took like 15 minutes To the server to check on me because she was busy with her phone at the patio.
No hostess, waitress not interested in serving, way too busy socializing with other servers and friends. Asked for a menu, informed needed to use phone to scan. 30 minutes after getting here and finally served warm beer, took our order. Have never seen a Hooters this bad, obvious why rated so poorly.
We're regulars at Hooters during our travels all across the country. We wish the menus were up to date and not offer items that have been discontinued. Also, we really wanted a refill on our drinks but the server was long out of sight, so the attendant at the bar took care of us. Still, they have some pretty good wings.
Our server was super nice, but it was her first day on the floor and she had multiple groups of 6+. The food took quite a while, but came out somewhat right... then they did last call at 8:40pm. On a Friday night. It was posted on the door, website and Google that they didn't close until 10, but maybe we missed a memo somewhere. ?
Went here with my family. We were sat almost immediately, there were only about 5 other tables with about 3 to 4 servers there. It took over an hour to get our order and our food. Our server barely came by our table and we had seen her sit around a continously chat, take pictures and texting. Our food came out wrong. I had asked for boneless wings and didn't get those nor the tenders I had ordered. The food wasn't the best. Fries came out lukewarm and hard. Tenders were bland and not crisp. Our sever barely came over and when she did she would abruptly leave as if she had 4 other tables. Will not be coming back.
This place robbed me of $70!!! It’s been 24 hours and I still haven’t gotten my refund. This is seriously the WORST hooters I’ve ever ever ordered in my life
The wings were amazing and the waitress were very nice! I definitely recommend the fried pickles! We will be back.
It was a Saturday night and there were large tables occupied by guests of 7 or more. Our server Maya was very attentive and made sure our drinks remained full. Our order of wings & sliders took a while to arrive they were still good. I attribute this to the large parties. I have seen other reviews of this restaurant which were not favorable. We will be back to see if they are true.
Got here at 7:30. Restraint closes at 8. All the doors are locked. Servers ignore the knocking from another customer who arrived to place a take our order after being told by the call center they no longer take orders online or on the phone. We locate a side door that is open. Bar staff tells us that they don’t take orders after 7 that they already had last call and the kitchen is closed. They won’t take carry out orders either. The manager Devon H. finally agreed to take a to go order after the first customer left angry and I asked why they had a room full of folks locked up before they close. At this point I’m not trusting these folks to cook me, my spouse & son anything we intend to ingest and he says “thanks for wasting my time”. Could not have had a less professional encounter if I intentionally scripted it. This location needs a significant overhaul & this staff needs an astounding amount of training
