Unique flavors and tasty donuts, don't forget to try Pistachio an all time classic. Blueberry is worth trying. Carrot cake is quite unique as well.Cookies and cream was little too sweet.Hashbrowns are a must, nice and crispy treat for your cheat day.

Wife and I decided to try this place while visiting Birmingham because we’ve both heard good things. Usually, we go to a new place every time, so this one was next on the list.We decided to stop by and grab a dozen of doughnuts. My first bite of the donut was enjoyable until I took another bite. The more you ate, the more you could tell that these donuts must’ve been sitting out for a few days. Hands down, would not recommend if you’re looking for satisfy your sweet tooth while in Birmingham.

great doughnuts and burgers!

Best ? I ever had! You can watch them make the donuts from scratch and sometimes pick your own flavor. Wonderful staff and very clean establishment! Banana pudding, bread pudding and maple street are my favs! ??

Place is pretty rad! Nice setup, good music, and good donuts!Didn't get to try food but I will be back! My daughter dug the place too! Nice, polite staff as well. Only reason it was not 5 stars because I think they could have more donuts,& food options.

Was highly disappointed! Came from 2 hours away to explore the city and try Hero ! So let down when we arrived and they were completely out of donuts, in the middle of the day! So we settled for leftover donut holes that had clearly been out for awhile. Their excuse was they were making donuts for a parade which is sorta understandable but in an establishment known for donuts maybe some sort of signage telling people would’ve helped. First time in my trips to BHam that I’ve been let down in any type of dining experience!

Apparently today there was a marathon. When I arrived at around 3pm the shop was nearly empty. I followed the intermittent stickers on the floor to meet a large group ordering at the counter. I waited for some time as the family laughed with the cashier. When I went to order the cashier walked away. I waited some time and a women muttered under her mask while sweeping the floor "what did you order". I told her I was waiting to order. She was short with me, rude actually. I was confused, I asked if had done something wrong. I'm not from here and this was my first time, she complained about an earlier rush, (the marathon). There were no more doughnuts, although there were cinnamon rolls. I order the cinnamon rolls, 2 coffees, and a water. The cashier tossed me some cups over the plexi and walked away. I can't put my finger on it, but I just felt discriminated, maybe it was my northern accent, I'm not sure. I felt the employees were rude, annoyed, although previously jovial with other customers. I was patient, I was kind, what made these people so dismissive? The coffee station was empty, no coffee, no tea, another employee tossed a bag with a togo container on to the filthy coffee station "there's your bun" and walked away. I will admit the cinnamon roll was great, packaging was off, looked as though bits from many were hand tossed into the packaging. It tasted good, would have been better with coffee.

Delicious- Yummy and amazing customer service!!

Great donuts and the hash-browns are fantastic. Only reason I can’t rate higher is that I have been for coffee on 3 occasions at lunchtime and the coffee has been almost cold. Also they were limited to only 2 donut choices and it was only 11:30ish

Will not regret stopping by regardless if for a donut a burger or other treat.
