Fast friendly service and the food is always very fresh and hot! We had the chicken egg foo young and cashew chicken. The chicken is tender and veggies are crispy (not overcooked). We love this place!

It's a restaurant which served for at least two generations. Servers and chefs are the younger generation migrants from China. Food wise, for those who are looking for spicy and authentic cuisine from the Province of Sichuan, this is the place in Alabama. Have been travel to many states to discover the local Chinese food, rarely found restaurant which serve typical Sichuan cuisine which is one of EIGHT Chinese well-known cuisine. Worth to give yourself a challenge if you really like spicy stuff. The 水煮鱼 水煮牛or 酸菜鱼is my recommendation but not the so called soup dumpling or in some restaurant called juicy pork dumpling. That's you have to enjoy it freshly made on the spot upon orders. Can only found in the big city in the east or west. As a New Yorker, i knew couple of restaurant who hire skillful chef to make it right after the orders come in. To be continued......

They have a wide selection of food. Seated quickly by the very courteous staff. Nice and clean establishment. Food was definitely some of the best I've tried all over. Highly recommend!

Great friendly staff great food.. I've had better fried rice though... but the egg foo yong was delicious, hot and sour soup egg rolls magnificent ?

There was some type of roach in our food. However, the food was very tasty up until that point. I took the food back and they gave me a full refund.

We ordered a Lunar New Year's Eve dinner combo with 7 dishes. They were very well prepared and delicious! We were told these dishes are the chef's specialty and I think they really are! I'm impressed by the authentic taste of the food and the well-packed dishes. Will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Was excited to try this restaurant after a positive review in al.com. A massive disappointment. Food lacked flavor and was overpriced for portions. General Tso’s was made with breaded freezer nuggets. All entrees were over sauced. Egg rolls were soggy. The fried rice was the only thing that approached acceptable.Mr. Chen’s just down on Greensprings is far better—in terms of quality, authenticity, and cost.

I got severe food poisoning. Plus they use way too much sweetener in their cooking. All you taste is sugar and the egg rolls sucked.

Kevin is the BEST MAN, a good friend and a thoughtful and kind worker. He always takes care of you. Also the food is great, try the flaming pan chicken with veggies.

Good service. Enjoyed our steamed dumplings and my curry chicken. Looking forward to dining here again.
