Like food better than venue but that is personal opinion. Very accommodating, sent food to beloved elderly aunt on birthday and a personal note from preparer congratulated her on her birthday. It meant more to her than I would have ever thought that someone took the time to do so.

Great customer service and tasty bar bq sandwiches. I ordered questions and chips, pulled pork bar bq sandwich minus chow chow, French fries and sweet tea. It was all treally good.
Ordered the beef brisket which was the quality of dinty Moore canned stew was chewy and grainy and the beans are definitely some cheap canned beans the Mac and cheese was flavorless. Absolutely nasty and definitely not worth the 18 dollars they charged for it. Way over priced and terrible quality I wouldn’t feed this to a dog
One of the best selections of BBQ around, My favorite is the chicken and smoked turkey. All sides are very good. High quality food at a reasonable price. All locations maintain the same high standards for quality of food.
Drive-thru order for 1 pound chopped pork, 1 chopped pork sandwich and 1 open face chopped pork sandwich. Everything was prepared just as ordered. Very slow Drive-thru at 12:30pm with only 1 person ahead. Courteous employees and management.
Drive thru was backed up out into the parking lot so we decided to go inside and order. A few people were standing around waiting on food and getting frustrated. We stepped up to counter to place order and young girl was very unfriendly and lazily leaning on cooler. Took our order and I paid for food. I got to wondering why the amount was so high. The girl had added stuff on order that we didn’t even order. A lady standing beside us had been waiting over 30 minutes for Okra to complete her order. Finally ask for a manager. Manager starts yelling back at the kitchen and workers just ignored her at first and then started arguing back with her.we watch the young girl wait on other people while being unfriendly and continuing to lean on counter and making faces about having to take orders. We waited about 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches and and order of onion rings. BBQ sandwich had gristle and dried out meat on it. This place is obviously poorly managed.
Food is always delicious! Pulled pork is always tender and moist and they give you way more than one can eat, even though I still try to eat it all because it's just that good! Will highly recommend!
Full Moon Bar-B-Que is a really great dining experience. The food is incredible and if you are a sports fan there's plenty to watch. There's a great selection of items on the menu. Besides the usual Bar-B-Que (which is great) the pork links are incredible and the Bar-B-Que baked potatoes are awesome. The Trussville restaurant was where we ate and it has a pleasant atmosphere and a friendly staff.
Great barbecue place, ribs, chicken, green fried tomatoes and salsa chow chow. Great service.
