The staff and manager for tonight was AMAZING! They got our order correct to a tee and I asked for a substitution for kids meal and cashier asked manager and he said, “She can have whatever she wants.” We got many refills (we have a family of 8 lol). They were super friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend this location!!!!!

We enjoyed eating at Full Moon! The ribs and chicken were really good , as was the pulled pork sandwich. We had friendly service. Neat place to dine in at
I order turkey and I believe it wasn't cooked thoroughly. My entire family had cases of food poisoning. I do understand it was lunch time and the rush was heavy, but I wouldn't mind the wait as long as my food is done and doesn't make me sick.
Good food, better than average service for a place where you stand in line. Full Moon is great BBQ, the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was price. $11.50 for a large BBQ sandwich and fries (drink not included). I asked why they didn't have a BBQ sandwich combo meal (BBQ, fries and a drink) and the lady looked at me like I had three heads and said "we don't do it that way". They have other combo meals, it would be a lot more convenient if they had what should be the most common thing ordered available as say "The Number 1 Combo, please". And maybe make it a buck cheaper at the same time.My favorite BBQ place is called Wallace's BBQ over in Georgia. They havev a "thrift plate" consisting of a BBQ sandwich, fries, slaw and a drink for $8. Pig doesn't cost less in Georgia. PS Wallace's BBQ is the best tasting ever but if you're in the B'ham area, Full Moon is the place.
Always good bar-b-que. Never been disappointed. I also almost always get a grilled cheese sandwich, I like them as an appetizers.
Ok SAW is still #1 in Bham but when I stopped in to try this FULL MOON I had heard so much about I was plesanty Surprised. I threw them off when I asked for "Burnt Ends" but "hey" ??♂️??♂️ Ribs were Decent and Brisket was and in generous porportins. What I thought was SLAW turns out to be Chow Chow a condiment I know to be eaten with & on Collards and Mustard Greens! But this Stuff is majic!!! Its like McD's Secret Sauce but widt more juice & a slight kick. I tend to like Smoke & a little sweet on da ribs side & Brisket too. This will do in a pinch.
Went to the Full Moon in Fultondale, hopefully the quality is better at other locations. Got the Chicken (white meat) and Ribs meal for carry out. Chicken was dry, but did have a nice smokey flavor. The ribs were OK at best, a little on the tough side (probably inedible with false teeth!). The trimmings were good, Squash Casserole especially so, but they didn't include their "famous" chow-chow and the toasted bun turned out to be 2 slices of white bread (not toasted). Sign on the door said closing at 8p due to circumstances beyond control (I ordered at 6:30p), so maybe they were winging it with the food tonight. Overall, for a first impression it did not instill much desire to come back again.My quest for non-disappointing BBQ continues.
Never disappoints!! I always get the rib plate and it’s delicious every time!! The collard greens & cornbread is my fav. I would most definitely recommend this restaurant.
We went thru the drive thru tonight. Plenty staffed, quick with food and the food was outstanding. I got the smoked wings and onion rings. My dad got the chili baker. Highly recommend them.
