Super friendly staff; yet the floors are always sticky, and the drink machine only had one or two spouts working. The sandwich came out other than how I had asked. Again, the staff seemed helpful and willing to make things right. The food tasted great overall. Yet this particular location is not kept up well, at least in the dining area.
Been sitting in the drive through for over 15 minutes and haven't moved. I'd leave, but the drive through traps you in once you enter it. I guess I'll review the food if I'm ever able to actually order.Update: 30 minutes in, I think I may get food soon. They should be paying us at this point.Update 2: I was wrong. 40 minutes, still no food.
Not impressed. Location was not clean, floor was so slippery I was afraid to walk, trash on floor, etc. burger was okay but did not live up to the hype, shoestring fries - pretty sure we got the bottom of the bag. Really looked forward to the frozen custard, got the Brownie Sundae which was anything but frozen, more like a chocolate milk shake with added chocolate syrup, brownie at the bottom was yuck. We won’t be going back. Only positive was our meal for two was Less expensive that two meals at Milo’s.
This is probably one of my favorite spots to get dinner with my family! I have been coming here since the opening and have always had a good experience with the food and staff. I come here often so i can see where the negative reviews about the store being dirty come from, but this Tuesday night the management and workers were on top of their game. If there was a dirty table it didnt stay that way for long. I even saw workers pulling out booths and giving them a deep clean. Definitely a game changer seeing how clean this store can be with the right people. I can't stop raving about the food and staff tonight!!!
The food is soooo good best steakburger I had and the drink’s especially the mugs root beer was so great.
Food is good. The last few times we’ve come here our order has been wrong. They’ve also been out of cheese curds and onion rings. The floors are very greasy and dangerous! They need a professional cleaning service to maintain these floors.
Went thru drive thru. I was prepared to wait in line but the wait did become ridiculous for the approximate ordering time of 1:30 PM. I do have a complaint that the five cars ahead of me were served without my order ever being taken. I did keep asking into the speaker if someone could take my order. I eventually did pull to the window and ordered. Then asked to pull around, and they would bring out my order, which I had to go in and pick up. This added an additional wait time for an overall time of 25 minutes waiting in the middle of the day. At least, the food was good. No one ever apologized for the wait or service, and there was ample help. Rating of 3, only because food was good.
Nice employees, the floors were slippery a little, and the drink machine looked like it needed cleaned. The fries were cold, but they were happy to replace them.Overall it was a good visit. Thank you.
Go through drive through instead of dining in. As soon as my family walked in, an employee followed us around the restaurant trying to get at my 6 month old son while we were ordering food. We ignored her and went to get our drinks, turn around she's right there still trying to get close to My baby. We ignored her & walked back across the restaurant, sat and waited for our food. Again, she purposely followed me AROUND the table as I held my son to get in his face, she even touched him (I did ask her not to touch him & she apologized). I was extremely uncomfortable, my family decided to sit outside AWAY from everyone. When we got our food, there was a hair in my fries. I sent it back and it was corrected, I felt like she was watching us because as SOON as we finished our food she came back outside. That entire experience was seriously uncomfortable and weird. Parents of small children please be careful
I have pass this place since opening, I decided to stop by last night to check out the food. Well just let me tell u the ice cream is amazing, so good I went back for extra topping, they had just close but staff made me happy and served me. Staff was super nice and friendly. Quick service. I will be returning.
