Person working drive through had an attitude. He got our order wrong. I had to go inside to correct it. Manager did not even apologize for the mistake. Food was good otherwise
Always had a great time and service always great. Chili cheese fries are amazing and kids eat free on Mondays.
So……I went to Freddy’s last Sunday so excited to try their limited time only fish sandwich…….and it was barely enjoyable, it was chewy and over cooked so I started to pick through it and something literally popped out and you can see in the picture that there was something unusual sorta like a tape worm….right after I went to the restaurant and took it back the manager on duty offered another sandwich I refused got corporate number and got no answer of course it’s a Sunday. But to this day still no phone call and to top it off I didn’t get any type of refund for anything. If I could’ve gave them no stars I honestly would have.
Usually a good burger, good frozen custard and good service. They could really use a more competent person taking orders though.
The hamburger patties are so thin, there's no flavor. The matchstick fries are so tiny, it's difficult to hold on to them. The hot dogs are much smaller than before and are much more bread than meat.
Great food, Can’t wait for the one in Pell City to open up
I love this place! Five Guys used to be my fav until I came here one day. I love the Californian steak burger. Their string fries are delicious and fresh. Make sure you ask for the Fry Sauce to go with them! YUM! Everything tastes great!
Drive through order thing was broken and had to order at the window. Wow service was fast and was better than we expected. Food and desserts were very good. The efforts of the crew overcame the broken order window. Crew and quality of food gets 5 stars
Food was terrible and cold. I don’t live far from the restaurant, but when I got home the food was cold and the hot dog looked like the second pic. I went back and the crew member Insisted in remaking the hot dog which look like the first pic there are no roller coasters in this area and I’m not a crazy driver so I don’t know my food looked like this. Other than the food quality the customer service was nice. But I went there to eat. I also ordered a burger meal which was stale and cold as well. I would rate this a zero but I can’t
The food was hot fries good. I had patty melt was dry and crumbly. The kids had hot dogs they enjoyed.
