I travel a lot for work and I love firehouse so I’ve eaten at a lot of them all around the south east. This is by far the nastiest store I’ve been to. Even the Waffle Houses I’ve eaten at are cleaner than this. Food was decent and the younger guy that took my order was super polite he’s the only reason it’s not a 1 star. We probably won’t be back, the store has a horrible stench to it that really takes your appetite away.

Food was good. Inside was filthy. Tables were not cleared after customers left. Didn’t appear like the floor was swept all day. The bathroom was just as bad. Washed my hands and tried to get a paper towel and the dispenser fell off the wall.
If you go during the day it’s usually fine but the night shift is awful.. this time we walked in and everyone turned to look at us and didn’t acknowledge us for a good minute. I had to ask if it was okay to order. Everyone just proceeded to stand around and stare at each other awkwardly.. it felt like we weren’t supposed to be there. There was no one in front of us and it took a good 20 minutes just to make one sandwich. Whole thing was weird and awkward but at this point I expect something to go wrong if I go during the night shift.
The sandwiches are consistently good and the service has always been fast

Subs are always consistently great. Most seating in this locations is outdoor seating. Really nice area for spring. Friendly staff
Nothing really to share. Stood waiting to have my order taken for a very long time. Was completely ignored along with another customer Employees never acknowledged us, but answered the phone multiple times and went about their business while disregarding people standing right in front of them. Definitely won’t be back. Went to Zoe’s instead and received better service and better food
