Sign on the door said mobile order only, so we went in and I was going to place a mobile order and take it and go. The employee behind the counter asked what my mobile order was and I told them I was going to place a mobile order but the app said they were accepting any? They then explained that “that’s what they were trying to tell me” but that was never said in the original conversation. We left and went to Starbucks instead. Absolutely would not come back here.
Ordered an iced coffee with hazelnut syrup and picked out two donuts. The coffee was just a basic iced latte....could not taste hazelnut at all which I paid for. Donut order was messed up and both were stale. Do better Dunkin. Going back to Starbucks. Gave you a shot. You messed it up.
The donuts after 1pm are always dry and crusty. It would be nice to get a warm donut after the freshness has worn off.The staff was very nice.
Jasmine is one of the best employees there! I always get the same iced coffee, but she gave me some other delicious caramel options to fix my cravings; very personable and inviting barista who works well under pressure. She was able to provide excellent customer service to myself and the other patrons there at the time. Just another reason why Lakeshore DD is my fave :)
I travel all over the country and this Dunkin has the best staff!!
I've finally found something at Dunkin that I like! Avocado toast w/bacon and the avocado toast w/roasted tomato(not pictured).
MOBILE ORDERING IS A JOKE!!Waited 10 minutes thought I was a ghost, the mobile ordering sign means nothing to them. But customer walks in while I'm standing there, orders, leaves BEFORE anyone even recognizes I am standing there. ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS PICK UP THE BAG!!!I understand it was busy, I get that ....Just HAND ME THE BAG!!!Next time do I need to just reach over the counter and get my own food?
This is hands down the slowest Dunkin in America. I am an everyday Dunkin coffee drinker and I am all over the country, due to my daughter’s travel volleyball tournaments. I visited this location two times in April 2022 and with no cars in the drive through day 1 and one car in the drive through day 2, It took a total of 15 minutes, each day, to both place and receive my order. In addition, the young lady attending to the window was annoyed and slightly rude. There are no other Dunkin’s around, so be prepared for a waiit:(
Steven served us and he is an exemplary employee!!! The food is great. The facility is clean. And the store is so big. Wonderful experience!!!
