Dunkin'

I ordered my usual 2 large Frozen Hazelnut w/6 squirts each and 1 with a double espresso shot! DELICIOUS!! ? ? ? LOVE the staff, friendly, courteous and ready to make your day start off right! The smell of FRESH ☕️ IN THE MORNING! YUM ?

I have been very disappointed in this location lately. The donuts are never fresh. I went and got munchkins this morning and they tasted awful. You could tell they were days old and been refrigerated. So many donut stores around Birmingham area that have fresh donuts made daily.

They always get my drink order wrong and my food is always cold. I love Dunkin’ Donuts and this is the only one near my house but I will start going to Starbucks. At least my food is hot there and they give me my correct order.

Mistakes happen, but don't lie about making a drink order wrong. Never had any issues with the staff until today.

Friendly staff and good food. Would recommend getting the donut holes or the croissant sandwich. Drive-Thru isn’t usually packed given the odd spot it’s in.

This place is truly amazing. I come every. single. day! The connection the staff makes with their regulars are unmatched. I will forever come to this location when in the area and even when I am not. My favorite dunkin in the city.

This place is ran by a circus and headed by a clown. I went in there to get a half a dozen donuts and nobody was waiting on me and the manager had to get somebody to try to wait on me. He then proceeded to try to help me but he put the donuts in the box on top of the counter (not by the register) and then started helping somebody else leaving me out there to just sit there and tweedle my thumbs I guess. I sit there and waited and waited and then finally when the lady that was trying to get something corrected was about to leave he comes back and says hold on I had something wrong with your card I said forget this place. Clownsville.... avoid.... Also it was not busy at all just a bunch of people not doing anything except one cashier who was trying to correct an order.

I love Dunkin, but there is a girl here who works the inside register and instead of asking if you'd like to use the app, she will lie and tell you she's going to give you a "discount" and she scans her own dunkin app for free points. She's done this twice just to me, no telling how many points she gets a day from this........

I definitely live for dunkin's donuts & the vanilla chai latte.. I like the service and fast pace at this very location.
