This store has improved 100 times over. Much cleaner and the new crew are awesome! I was extremely impressed with Chris and his commitment to take care of my order promptly and correctly.

The FDA needs to check this dunkin's water supply for lead because the staff seems to be suffering from brain damage. Incompetent a nice way of putting it. The cashier seemed to have trouble understanding my order, but instead of taking time to make sure it was correct, she just pushed some buttons that seemed something like what I ordered and seemed satisfied with the inadequacy of her performance at the simple task.It all came to a head when I simply asked for them to add the foam to the brown sugar foam cold brew I had ordered and in the midst of my waiting for the fix, a shift manager I presume, said "WhAts WrOnG wiTh yoUr saNdWhiCh??", to which I replied 'nothing' and continued waiting.I received my fixed mediocre coffee after about 10 minutes and happily left this toxic atmosphere.
Couldn't get an order right , only 3 things . Local homeless hang outside panhandling and the odor is terrible. Only reason they're still in business is that they are the only game in town.
I always get butter pecan iced coffee but now all of a sudden with the new “team” they are charging almost a dollar extra for butter pecan flavor as “extra swirl”. Never happened before until they got there.
Definitely use the drive-thru. They are currently training people inside, and they don't know the menu well enough to take your order accurately. Still, this place sells donuts.
I ordered hash browns,two vanilla frosted donuts ,a Coke and my friend got a flavored drink. The donuts were strawberry the hash browns had a bad after taste and upon returning to get the right donuts they just dumped them in the bag with no napkins but, overall the coke was excellent I guess because it came in a bottle.
Out of chocolate glazed and original glaze donuts. All they had was munchkins that were not good. Chicken biscuit was ok. Cashier was nice.
They lie about their prices!!! The price I paid was a dollar more than what was listed behind the counter! When I pointed it out the employee just said, "Oh, that's been up there awhile. I don't have anything to do with it." Of course, the manager wasn't there. I want to know how long ago the prices went up and they haven't bothered to change the sign??? Very poor management!!! I feel like I shoukd have been charged the advertised price.Photo shows prices - 25 munchkins $6.49 and I was charged $7.49 plus tax.
It's just alright.America should probably run FROM Dunkin'...It would be better for your health and wallet.
Excellent dunkin. Lady working was super nice. A little pricey but that’s ok. The cold foam cold brew thing was some of the best coffee I’ve ever had.
