This location is either closed completely or closed early every day due to no staff! Don't get your hopes up before going there. They're like a box of chocolates! You NEVER know what you're going to get. ? If America Runs on Dunkin.....Dunkin must be open and run!

Don’t waste your time on this place. Ordered half dozen on the app, husband goes to pick up order but was told they were out of most of what we ordered. Had to get whatever they had-limited selection. Donuts were dry and tasted old!!
Ordered online and went to pick it up. They locked the doors and all the employees wouldn’t let me inside to get my order. Went through the drive through and still nothing. There phones are off so I couldn’t call. Out $20
DO NOT USE. Worst experience ever. I decided to surprise my customer with 6 dozen doughnuts and put the order in on DoorDash *the day before*. THIS note came attached my order. They did not contact me OR DoorDash that they could not fulfill the order. This made us look bad to our customer. I will never use this store for our business again.
Lex at this Dunkin store was so helpful. She went out of her way to open the store door to let me and another girl that was waiting to tell us their dining area didn’t open for another 10 mins however I was running late from sitting in line 10 mins before I decided to just park anyway Lex was very polite and patient with when I asked can I get my drink order before I’m even more late for work. I work with people and I would have been frustrated if someone like me did that but she was kind and she brought me my mobile drink order to the door which totally could have caused others to expect the same but she really nice and deserves a shout out and recognition because sadly most people are rude these days. She was not. Thank you for getting my to work on time !
STORY TIME: My traumatic experience at Dunkin’ Donuts ?Every time i come to this store, the food is wrong. When i place mobile orders the drinks are wrong or they’re out of something and when i get to the window staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. I have to explain multiple times what i had ordered and in return get eye rolls from them. They’re not attentive and don’t reply when you ask for something, (instead they slam the door in your face) and walk away for minutes. When they handed me my online order i was missing over half of it and was told to “have a good day” and then waited another 3 minutes at the window to explain i was missing almost all of my order. I would not recommend this place. Food. Drinks. and Staff are all bad. Will not be returning
Love this place! Love working here! We as a staff work EXTREMELY hard! Even when we are shorthanded! We get the job done. It may take a few extra minutes but we try as fast as we can! Now just looking through some of these comments, I can't help but laugh because they are lies? but it is what it is! All we ask is that you give us just a few extra minutes of grace because like I said we are short staffed most of the time!Also when the door is locked to the lobby, that means the lobby is closed. Whether there is a sign or not. The door is locked for a reason so please do not bang on the door and stand there for five minutes looking confused ?.... Yes we know the line is long but it is what it is!
Absolutely horrible! The door was still locked at 7:45. I had to go through the drive through. I ordered, “2 dozen glazed plus 2 dozen assorted cakes for a total of 4 dozen.” I had to repeat myself and explain what I wanted several times. When I get to work I ended up with 4 dozen glazed!
The bacon and egg sourdough bread is horrible. The bread was hard and the egg white and bacon was so thin.Never again Ice chocolate coffee was good.
