From start to finish it was an awesome experience! Friendly staff, excellent food, and superb service!
Had a really good rib tip quesadilla cause they were out of taters. Jordon gave the last 1 to a baseball player. She is an Awesome Server. Great Smile! Dropped sauce on her hand and laughed it off with a joke about the day. Great Lady go say Hey!
I stopped into the Hwy 280 location for lunch today. Everything was going fine until I got my bill. The server had given by bill to another table and gave me their bill. When I question it the server owned up to the mistake. Rather than redoing my bill the server told me I was paying less now by paying their bill. I know I should have ask to speak to the manager (that’s on me). Don’t think I will be making a return trip.
They were short staffed but you would never know. Good food and great waitress.
Beware they have an 84 health score. I was already nervous when I saw that. Soon as I opened plate, saw hair in my sandwich.At that point I was afraid to even feed my family the ribs. If I hadn’t drove all the way from hueytown I would’ve have returned it. The staff was nice even though I had to go inside for my curbside order?
Worst Ribs I've ever had. I ordered a full rack and 2 of my say twelve bones were tender. I mentioned something they brought me 3 more bones which were also tough. They should have just said they ran out or they not ready yet. The waitress was fantastic. I absolutely will never return.
The best spare ribs this side of Tennessee. Slow cooked to perfection over a real hickory smoked pit. We got the okra on the side and loved it, but the twang was better with the french fries. Sauce is spicy and savory. Tips are slow cooked in the sweeter sauce, done with brown sugar and honey. It’s great to ask your server to bring you some on the side to mix with the regular sauce. Perfectly spicy and sweet balanced sauce.We’ve been here before and this sauce is also great with the sausage.We will be coming back!!
Service was slow (understandable with employee shortage); the food was mediocre at best as the pulled pork sandwich and half rack of ribs were warm and without much flavor that even the sauce didn't help. The ONLY saving grace in this outing was the banana pudding which I was told was delicious.
Stopped & ate here 1/8/22……Husband, daughter & I. It was terrible. We sat on the bar side of the restaurant and there were so many little bugs flying around & on our food that it was almost impossible to eat. It was disgusting. Server offered to move us, but by then we just wanted to get out of there. . The food is not what Dreamland BBQ used to be. Won’t be coming back.
Good BBQ. Meaty ribs. Great sauce. Also good baked beans. Sometimes ribs are better than other times. Fun place to fine in. We did takeout.
