Drive through - pull forward and wait for 4 blizzards was a little long otherwise just fine

Very nice service from the drive through. My food was hot and fresh and made well. It was a Monday around 2:30
sooo this location is always closing early. There has been MULTIPLE times that I ordered something for pick up on the app, just to find the restaurant closed when I get there. Every time I get a Blizzard it’s dripping down the side of the cup with a lid that doesn’t fit… disgusting. More workers are needed. More FRIENDLY workers at that.This location definitely altered my childhood memories of Dairy Queen ?
Place needs workers terrible service waited 20 minutes to get a double cheeseburger fries and a large Coke. It wasn't for me it was for one of my passengers but that's ridiculous
I took my mom there. We both got fish sandwiches. They were very good. The fish hung of the bun on both sides. It added up to be a little pricey. The window worker was not very outgoing.
What is this life? Does no one want to work? Took my kid to get a dipped cone at 6pm and there’s literally no one there. Lights off, no one at the window.
Went through the drive through at 9:08 pm and was told that unless I was there to pickup a door dash they were not taking orders. The sign on the door states they close at 10pm. When asked why they were closing, the employee mentioned that it took them an hour to close and clean and they had to be out of the store by 10pm. Rude staff.
Trapped in the drive-thru because of a concrete barrier for 20 minutes. I decided to go in, the dining room is closed. Looked through the window and a staff member was laying over the front counter looking at her phone. Staggeringly bad service. Even if it’s the result of short staff, There are way better ways to handle this.
Alway busy in drive through. Could bot make banana split for some reason but enjoyed the blizzard.
Always out of an ingredient for blizzards. Always slow! Always being out of a top item is not a good look.
